My family and I went to have breakfast at Chapz today, and left with a horrible experience. We ordered simple breakfast dishes and waited for well over an hour to get our meals. When we got it the food was cold and sausage burned to a crisp. The waitress then gave us a ticket for the full price! Their service sucks as well as their food. ALL BEWARE OF THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!

The owner is a terrible person. We will not go there!! He's not a truthful/trustworthy person and we will not support his businesses.

I dont think it was dumb for me to ask you that. Anyone who waits over 20 minutes for a order is dumb or something. You must not be very bright.

My post was simply meant to be a warning about bad customer service, etc. I guess YOU are not very bright to know that.

Woah. From all the information posted here, I don't think we will be dining there either. And we love to eat out! There's never any excuse for poor service. Even if the place is swamped or understaffed...all someone would have to do is inform the customer, "sorry about the wait due to such and such"...or just something! Instead of letting people just wait so long for their order. I know that doing that has made a difference for us. Just tell us, the customers, politely, what is going on with the order, slow service, etc.

I go there, sit there for one hour, I eat burned sausage, I tip the waitress, I think how dumb I am, I am really dumb.
