On second thought, after how the Republicans handled the fiscal cliff deal, Obama and his supporters are better at running the country! Screw the Republicans!

I earn about $32k a year; which is only 60% of the national average wage. I've never taken a nickel of social help, no school lunch assistance b.s. for my kids, no Head-Start or Gub-ment daycare scams like others did.

4 days into the new tax year and my pocket book is already smarting.

The worst part is....

Obama didn't even have to lie, to get re-elected and do what he wants!

Romney told everyone Obama wants higer taxes, he wants us to pay for Obamacare, and he wants to keep spending against the Nat'l debt, and the economy will suffer. Obama never even denied this.

We all knew what was/is coming..... It's not like Obama denied it!

And America voted for him anyway!

Kinda scary when you realize how stupid the majority really is!

Obama has lowered taxes repeatedly. He extended the Bush tax cuts. He passed a payroll tax holiday. He passed the Making Work Pay tax cut. Overall, he's been big on tax cuts.

Obama enacted the 2% not 3% payroll tax holiday in 2010 as part of his stimulus plan and wanted to continue it thru 2013 but had to concede to the do nothing worthless Repubtard controlled House of Reps.

The only Americans who have seen tax increases under the Obama administration are those who frequent tanning salons and smoke cigarettes.

The current “tax increase” for those making over $400,000 a year is not an increase at all, it is simply returning rates to the pre-Bush tax cuts that contributed to destroying our economy.

What’s “scary” is ya’ll, gullible, brain dead FauX ‘news’ watchers.

Zig Zag...

Here is the FACT about my paycheck. I made slightly less money per hour when Bush was prez.- But still brought home more than I do right now!

You really have the nerve to call me gullible, when you don't even believe that taxes have been raised under the Obama administration?

Next... I don't understand peoples logic! How can anyone think it's fair to tax the rich a higher percentage than everyone else? And how can this be GOOD for economy? I make about $50k per year.... and I am whats called an "employee"... I have never employed anyone. Now if I were rich and brought in $400,000 per year... I would then most likely be an "employer"... Why on earth would I start a company in the United States, where I would be so heavily taxed- and everyone thinks thats okay? Wouldn't ANY smart business man move his company/jobs overseas? Only an idiot would keep his business here!

You ended your first idiotic rant by insulting the majority of the American electorate so don’t say I have “nerve”.

If you ever had a job and or filed a tax return you would know that there are different income tax brackets, the more you earn the higher percentage of taxes you must pay, it has been that way for about a hundred years or so.
Top tax bracket was 35% now back to the 2001 rate of 39.6%.

Recent proof that this is good for the economy is the record of the Clinton administration which ended with a balanced budget and a federal surplus, no deficit. That is until Bush and his Repubtard assclown posse took over, cut taxes along with uncontrolled unprecedented spending drove our country into the worst recession we have ever had.

Last summer Obama introduced -The Bring Jobs Home Act- which would have created a new tax credit for companies that spend money to bring overseas jobs back to the United States, and eliminate a tax credit for companies that spend money to move jobs overseas.

Unfortunately this, like many other brilliant ideas, was blocked by the current Repubtard assclowns that occupy space in Congress.

Listen: The extra taxes taken out were 'payroll' taxes also known as FICA. They were directly in accordance with our new socialized medicine programe taking affect now.

They weren't IRS income taxes. I can't file and get that money back.

WRONG, The extra 2%(not 3%) has nothing to do with National Health Care, it is because the Congressional Reputard Assclowns refused to extend the 'Payroll Tax Holiday' that was enacted by President Obama in 2010 as part of his stimulus plan. Obama lowered your payroll tax to 4.2%, Congress raised it back up to 6.2%.

the 2% FICA (PR tax) is not extra.... the 2% discount was given for 2 years as a temporary stimulant to the economy... didn't work

Ok Zig,

Of course I understand that different incomes fall into different tax brackets! What I'm asking is... How do people think that is fair? Do you think it's fair? I don't understand how people honestly believe that anyone who has made a better life for themselves owe a higher percentage to the government. I know people who don't work (at all), and recieve a tax return at the end of year! But the rich should be giving 39% to the government?-(Really??)- How is this fair? It's like they get "fined" for being productive, and providing employment to others.

Next, since you advised that taxes are up to 39% for big business owners, and you only mentioned an "Act" that was blocked - then I'm assuming you agree that under the current tax, businessman would be wise to take business overseas, which would eliminate American jobs?

And last... Do you feel like the government has done a good job running these programs tax payers pay for? Welfare, medicade/medicare, social security, etc.... Do you think Obamacare, will magically be successful - when all other government programs are failing?

the 3% is because the higher earners must pay an extra 1% medicare payroll tax and when they retire on medicare they must pah more for part B (If family income is over 80,000

How is that fair... i pay more now and pay more later for the same crappy medicare coverage that others get for free

all because i didn't drop out of HS....
