They found a body near Loving today. Praying it isn't her.

Our local fox news Dallas just said she has been found dead and more to come at 9:00 news time. I think the family was on earlier talking and it was said she is a teacher and mother of 2, went to visit the bf in NM, got into a fight w/him at bar and left. The parents had not met the bf. This is so sad and Prayers go out to her family and friends.

So very sad. This woman has two small children who now don't have a mother! You know this is going to be another case of a crazy man who lost his mind and killed her!

Her parents said they had only been dating about 4-5 months.

Careful with the bf accusations right off the bat. Almost everyone in this town did the same thing when Katie was murdered. Let the police do their job.

The boyfriend said *they had a tiff and she left* and he paced the floor until 5:00 in the morning? What kind of boyfriend lets their young, beautiful girlfriend that's not familiar with the area walk off by herself? My radar's on him.
If I'm wrong, then I'll admit it.

The ex-husband has her picture all over his facebook page, listing her as missing. Not a mention on the boyfriend's page.
Add that to a list of red flags.

Lambertís death is considered a homicide, and police say they do have a person of interest in the case.

How about just not passing judgement right away and therefore not worry about needing to admit being wrong later? While justice needs to be swift it also needs to be right. I am quite sure that the police are going to have the BF at the top of the suspect list. If the evidence points to him they will file the charges and make an arrest soon, just like they did with the young lady from a few months ago.

Terrifies me having children, being unable to keep them protected at all times is a heavy burden.

Has our society stooped to this? Why bother having a judicial system at all? Obviously if the man didn't post anything about her on Facebook he must be guilty.

Something to consider.
This is a court of opinion, not a court of law and speculation at a time like this is only human nature.

I agree with you 100% about our children though. It's a sad world we live in.

I am saying that the lack of a Facebook post does not determine someones guilt.

Speculation leads to accusation and when said accusation proves false there is likely little recourse for the damage it has caused.
