Well hermit n smokey r probably x waste handlers, but now I'm guessing they r either hoistmen or Mmm maybe one of mark n randy's lil b*tches!! The people n 952 do work hard and do a lot of training to get qualified for the job n money they make!! There is a lot of precise moves that r made and they under telescope daily!!! Also, in case u didn't know this isn't your every day f*ckn lil potash mine its the waste isolation pilot plant, which means we dispose of nuclear waste n that big hole!!! Which hmmm also must mean that trailer 952 is full of the people who receive, survey, unload truck pacts, process tru pacts, and download the waste into the ug, also load empty tru pacts back on trailer to be sent off n order to receive more waste!!!And in case u where not sure where they get ur check from now u know its all the people n 952!!

I love these rants! I'm at work right now earning 38.11 an hour and no union BS to deal with. Fact is wipp employees don't realise the real world has passed them by! You are too busy fighting and bickering to see it. YOU ARE NO LONGER TOP PAID. Look at the last people that voluntarily left. Not to name names but the three I know that left and went to work for ENTERPRISE ALL are making over 30 an hour!! Plus benefits...plus expense accounts...plus no more dramma. To start! Think I'm shitting you? Call them. They are relaxed and love their jobs and can't believe they didn't leave sooner. So wake up people..wipp is a dump..its not top pay and there is just as easy work out there with a lot less stress.

Holy crap I miss that crazy sob! Jezzzus he was funny! OMG for a Hobbs boy he was cool as hell. Saw him about a month ago in Lubbock with his wife and kids. Told me he loves his job and got a nice raise 60 days after he started. I did notice how happy he was....people like that wipp should of tried to keep instead of the retards we got now. Can anyone tell me why WIPP terminated the Union President (Bobby)? I've heard many different stories. I have also heard that the union members are starting to turn on one another. Where is the Vice Pres when you/they need him most, wait let me guess, on another union paid business/ vacation trip??? Not bashing, JUST WONDERING.

He was required to get re-certified for his job, and he didn't. He felt that since he was the union president he did not have to actually work. Pretty stupid if you ask me. I find it funny how much crap some of these union members talk about the WIPP employees that work in town. This guy really felt he deserved his pay without working.

The way I see it, if the union folks at the site would work rather than finding a way not to work maybe you would get more support from your peers. Im not saying all of them, but you know who you are and its sad....
