i know this sight is sometimes hard to navigate, but there is an article in the argus attached to this thread. just click the blue link under the heading. it is ruled a suicide, there was one man dead. they are attempting to notify the family before they release the name. the family is out of town.
when there is a news paper looking icon next to a feed heading in the thread/forum list it means there is an article attached.
sorry if this is useless information, it took me a while to figure that out, but i am a little slow when i comes to the internet. but its not like you can read the argus and get news on a regular basis. the stories are made out to be more than what they are. its practically the national enquirer for local news... i mean "truckload of cocaine" ring a bell? it was a very small amount that could not have even been sold.. i am not condoning it im just ranting about how inefficient our paper is. it bugs me. things that should be news aren't, and things that are barely news are trumped up till they look like news. can we get a real reporter? one that actually knows how to observe and write those observations down?

What makes you the expert on the "truckload" of cocaine? You were there?

why yes you are dumb, and an idiot to boot. i didnt say i was an expert. can you read? i said the current argus blew it out of proportion and turned a small personal stash into a "truckload".
i know what was found. its public record. i did drive by when the bust took place, and they took alot of spice out, but there was no truckload of cocaine. they made it sound like something out of a bad 80's movie.
the rant only had to do with the "truckload of cocaine" because its the best example i can think of for showing how bad the reporting in our local paper is.
did that clear it up?

Nope. So you drove by during the bust and determined it was a small personal stash? You don't know what you're talking about. I bet you don't even read the paper.

Although you probably don't want to hear this, but they are actually correct. I believe this person is bringing up the raid on the looking glass. Before all of the info was released about the raid, the current argus did release an article stating that the police found a "truckload" of cocaine. Once more info was released to the public, the current argus updated their story and completely took the "truckload" of cocaine out of their article. I don't believe this person was trying to start an argument over something silly, they were just trying to prove a point, that the current argus does make mistakes quite frequently.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Leo

Today's Full Moon will affect your love life significantly during the next few months. You might have to say goodbye to someone you care about, or you may realize some difficult truths about your relationship. You may also have to make a tricky decision about a child or a creative project. Although this won't be a very easy time, don't make it worse by over-reacting and turning every hitch into a major drama.
