Carlisle man accused of steriod possession

A Carlisle man was jailed on a probation violation after being removed from a Shippensburg restaurant around 11 p.m. Saturday.

You can mail order from russia or mexico via the internet, same week delivery and nothing for a dog to sniff out, he ordered it from the internet, not illegal and no way to prevent it, all he can be charged for is possession, no big deal....
