What is this Nigro doing in Cumberland County? Did Pittsburgh throw him out?
Beware Cumberland County of your officials there. We here in Franklin County have a suspicious coroner.

If I were on a future interview panel, I could not help but notice this history on the resume or determine this through an interview. If I read this correctly, why would I ever offer this person a public service job that direclty works a highly public contact or relations type of position?

Nigro also faces a May 5 trial before Magistrate Judge Jessica Brewbaker on a March 22 charge of theft of services.----

Maybe he will accept cumberland county's hospitality at the county hotel for a few months.

Doesn't say much for Pittsburgh, does it? Wonder what he meant.

I dont buy the "6 years" in pittsburgh. The paper says he's 27... how long has he been a constable? Was he 16 when he was a cop? These type of people who somehow gravitate to law enforcement for insidious purposes should be tossed in can and the door firmly locked for a season or two. Or five.

Are constables allowed to be armed? This moron's carry permit should be permanently revoked.

AngelKiss- Your first mistake is "trusting law enforcement" in the first place. Although the majority are honest, there are quite a number that would lie to win a case, beat a bartender for not serving them more alcohol or even kill someone, like a wife or two. That same law enforcement person's testimony in court would be taken at gospel. You loose.

1st, constables are elected not appointed, 2nd they have very limited training and are no where near being a police officer. Their main job is to transport prisioners and serve paperwork or stand by while papaerwork is being served. No interview process here, elect by the people for the people. Check out the candidates next time folks.
