Stabbed again

Has anyone wondered why all the good workers who do their job really well have been fired or quit at Dairy Cheer? And the ones who are really screwwed up get to stay? Their are so much back stabbing by those who are jealous of others going on. The owner can't seem to properly run the place because she throws away the good hard working people due to gossip and lies. I have been there several times and have seen the ones who get by with their jobs if only she knew the nasty dirt they have done. Most people want a clean place to eat and they had a very good person cleaning for them. I have known some of those in the kitchen who worked very hard to keep the place going while others were out taking a smoke break or standing around.Look who they got fixing your food someone who sleeps with everyones husbands and isn't that the person who they had seen giving blow jobs for men at a bar. I don't think I will be back for any more food from Dairy Cheer. The owner will not drug test anyone to make sure they are clean to begin with ,and furthermore they can be given free to her from the Sheriff's dept. But if others that i have known left because they felt that the police force should at least recieve a discout for all the good deeds they do for the community leave then why should any nice thing be done for her.Think about the kind of people you would want fixing your food,not just because you don't like them personally. I feel that place needs to get it's act together and get rid of the two faced back stabbing and maybe the community could have a striving business there.

Oh you hit the nail on the head. I don't think the person running it has any clue how to run a place of business. I talked to a good friend of mine whom I know to have been there ever since it opened and she is quitting. It can't be that she didn't do her job because I know from working with her that she is a very hard worker.Anyone who will say that Gayle Craig doesn't do her job must be crazy. Is it jealousy that others can't stand to see someone else get credit for being a good employee that they must cause them to loose a job. I left because of back-stabbing and coniving so I guess some of those people are still there.But I guess she doesn't want anyone who speaks their mind when wrong things are going on. They don't even wear gloves when they fix your food. SO people if you like your food handled by others then I guess you need to stop by your friendly Dairy Cheer. I know others who work there and they are great people. But sorry I don't think anyone can run a place of business if you keep around employees who prepare food without gloves. Does The Health Inspector know this probably not. Good Luck to you Gayle I hope you find a new job with great people.

I know Gayle real well and she loved her job.She was even working a double shift just to get her hrs. Morning & Night.She said she loved everyone out there and that they were all friends.I saw her 1 day down on her knees scrubbing the floors.She is a hard worker and takes her jobs seriously.I cant believe they stabbed her in the back. I heard the owner asked her if she had a hearing problem because the night shift said she wouldnt do anything they ask her to do.

the Dairy Cheer hasn't been open for very long, I sure hope it doesn't go out of business, if they need new people working there get them, cause we need Dairy Cheer and whatever else we can get here..

People and there talk is why business's do not stay in little towns. A couple of people get upset with something and then those people do all that they can to run the business out of town. Come on and grow up. Carlisle finally got a real fast food place. And for the gloves at fast food resturants, they do not have to wear them.

It really doesn't matter who messed up, At least she is at work trying to pay her bills by working for a living, and not sitting back drawing a check and dicriminating against someone at work. "making an honest living".

and thats exactly why we cant get anything here because of nitpicking like that, what restaraunt has anyone ever been to where there order has not been messed up? big ass deal, who cares? all you have to do is tell them and they'll make the order right, be thankful we have it here, its the only name brand restaraunt we have and the food is good, wanna complain about a place to eat? try Tracks, it takes over an hour usually to get your order, and a lot of the time the food is nasty and its expensive. You mean for once in her life Joanne wasn't selling pills to make a living or sleeping with someone's husband behind the barn at the chicken fights. you can't exactly give her props for working just yet, she hasn't really been in the workforce all that long. Not too long ago she was selling pills and whatever else she could get money for. She is still a nasty hooch. I don't want her handling my food.

Everyone has their own opinions about everything. I left Dairy Cheer because I wasn't going to work in an atmosphere where the owner acused people of things they did not do and talked to them like they were stupid. When you run a business you treat others with respect escecially when they bend over backwards to help you in any way possible to get your business running. This is a small town and the first impression you make is one that sticks with your customers.Yes we need a nice place to eat in Carlisle but how can you expect people to continue going there if you continue to run all the hard working people away. I know the ones who were hired in the begining and most are people who care about their community and wanted to do a good job and see that Dairy Cheer succeeds. We worked day and nite to clean and prepare the place for the public and if you could have been there to see how much the workers did without being given the respect they deserved you would not have wanted to stay.Some worked continuously hard for that women and she turned around and talked to them like dirt. I remember to this day and won't forget when I was told that if senior citizens want a discount they can go to WAL-Mart. Maybe that is the way you treat people in big cities but not in small towns. We all have a right to either go there or not. But if you want to keep a decent place to eat I think it needs to start with employees and management. Just my opinion like everyone elses.
