Regardless if it was drug money everyone should be in jail thats involved. Chad included. He should have known better than to rob ANYBODY of 3200.00. Ive seen people get shot for less than that. You live by the sword and you die by the sword. Selling drugs isnt the answer but if you take the risk of selling them nobody has the right to just rob you of the money. Chad should be in there right with Vicky, Mark and Don. Funny those 3 r in there and not Amber Bussell. Ummm whats really going on?????Ive also never heard anything good about a padgett.

So you are saying "daddy B", and the only 'B' name in this group is Bussell, is giving the three (or four) named people in the news, money to buy drugs,#4 stiffed them for,or stole product or proceeds. This does not look to be a real difficult cartel to bust. Give them the choice of maximum time for their most serious crime, or rolling on daddy.

Sorry to say, people usually hang themselves..they have nothing and will never have anything, the clothes on their back and the feeling someone is stalking you. What a poor life. So sad.

I agree. The users endure their own punishment. The providers should be incarcerated to the maximum sentence available. If they take their life while incarcerated that is one less dealer. At least they won't wreak havoc on others any longer. We have to stop being lenient on serious crimes because "they were on drugs and need rehab. not punishment". No, drugs are a disinhibitor that allow people to do things they might do sober, but are afraid of because of the consequences. We are lenient out of societal guilt. Doctors who are prescription mill operators and pharmacies that turn a blind eye, need to be stripped of the priviledge of earning their living that way, as well as incarcerated for the laws they break.

No street junkie/dealer has the money to get these large amount of drugs, these people sell and steal for there own habit, its the money behind it that needs to be stopped, and the loads of people crammed in a rental car.. or the groups of people shacked up together to share bills so they can go on trips and deal out of the home filled with kids.. whos foodstamps feed them. do you honestly think any of the people in last weeks paper had the money to make the money that was stolen. how many pills does it take to make 3200.00 and if that was just ther share how much did the backer make, to invest and put more out on the street. for the last six months theres been od's, deaths, kidnappings, thefts, and certain names always come up is this a coincedence, i think not, how much more crime or how many more need to die before its stopped.

Send them all to an isolated island and see what happens. They are the most dangerous of our society. They are so stupid using drugs, selling drugs and laying down with the worst of the society.
Then the taxpayer has to foot their bill for court and other obnoxious amenities, they can't work, so they draw a crazy check. There is no good in illegal drugs and alcohol. There is no argument for it. Ask any family who has suffered when family members drag them down in this pit.

If family or friends get drug down with them it's their own fault. Cut them loose. Tough love.

Now that we know that the abductee was a druggie, kidnapped by druggies, it becomes clear that there is a 50/50 chance they were all in cahoots to extort drug money. Regardless, kidnapping is a serious crime and should be punished to the full extent of the law. All you people asking for leniency would change your tune in a minute if someone you knew and loved was the next victim.
I dont think it would be serious when the abductee was involved. Actually iwouldnt call it kidnapping!

That was conjecture. I believe it was a serious crime. The three that perpetrated the abduction are dangerous and should be treated as if they had bad intent. They are repeat criminals and need to do some hard time. If they were trying to get their payment for a drug deal, then they made a drug deal of over $2000. That is one drug deal. How much would you think they made on their completed drug deals? They need to go away.

Vicki released 3/25. Don released 3/14. Mark, not yet. If you go to options select "ALL" first, type just a last name and hit search it will give you their 'rap sheet' back several years, you can separate the other people and it gives you better results than their full name. You may get 8 pages of Bussells to go through though. Each has a busted and a release date. You will see when you try it. Why they were released is beyond me. You would think that after Josh Cunningham they would learn. Of course, I hope they are going back to court and not actually released for good.

I dont know about Vicki but Don was NOT released. He was sent on to a prison in Elizabeth town. See, Don was on parole with many years on the shelf..so he screwed himself. His release date is 2022 without the possibility of parole. His record wouldnt fit in the trunk of your car

I stand corrected. The BCDC has the release date posted as 3/14, that does not mean he was not transferred to another facility. I was just trying to answer the poster who could not find them at BCDC. If you ask me they should all three be transferred to State Prison. Kidnap one of mine and you may well pray for asylum in prison.
