I worked there a few years ago, and whenever I needed help Katherine was the only one i could get to help most of the time. The others that would help the most were the older ladies that could have retired. In Johnson Mathers Nursing home I found second shift cna's were the hardest working shift with the least amount of cna's. They are the ones that put all those residents back to bed that took 6 or 8 on the day shift. The women on 2nd shift were easier to get along with, and would always help each other. So not all of them are bad, uncaring, and self-centered. Especialy Katherine, if she would not help you it is because she has already done most of your work and figures you can do some too. The Katherine that I worked with was an awesome aide! She liked her job, she cared deeply for the residence and would have helped anyone as long as they were trying their best!!!
