I am so sorry for your loss, my father passed away, and every day that I went to work (35 mi. ride) I would talk to my Dad, that was the only time that I really had any privacy, I would talk & cry, it did eventually help me though, I hope that this can help you. Please always remember that some one NEEDS you here, if that can keep you going, maybe that can ease your mind somewhat. I know what you mean about sleep being a stranger, sleep seemed to never come, if I dozed it would only be for a few minutes, then back to reality. I hope that you can find someone (that you feel comfortable with) to talk to.
I always pretend my son rides with me, and maybe he does!

I am sure he does. Something happened to me a few months after my husband died and it was so amazing that he had to have a part in it. No one else would have known how much it meant to me. May God be with you and help you deal with your sorrow.

Sorry but drinking heavily doesn't help anything. It just drags out the feelings that you are going to face at one time or another. God be with you and I am truly sorry for your loss.

Many are suffering from depression and it has nothing to do with nothing to do in Carlisle. Nothing to do in Carlisle equals boredom, not depression
