I am the wife of the accused. I was there to witness the whole thing, and NOTHING in that article is true. They were a bunch of lying children that were at the skate park when it was supposed to be closed causing trouble, my husband simply yelled out our window for them to go home and called the police. Pathetic what stories people will make up just to save themselves and get others in trouble...

3 juveniles and one "unidentified adult"? So who and y is this adult "unidentified" and what were 3 juveniles doing hanging out on private property after skate park hours with an "unidentified adult". And What does an unidentified adult actualy imply or mean? and y wasn't he identified while the 3 juveniles on the scene were? Sounds fishy. And y would someone threaten 3 juveniles without any provocation or or instigation? something doesn't sound kosher here.

One more thing i thought about and would like to add to my previous post about this particular story, while i am browsing through the local news 2day, is that All the details and facts of the incident are not here either so we only know what is printed in the paper or on the news. In PA. u are innocent until PROVEN BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT THAT U ARE GUILTY. Until this happens these things are not for us to decide or make That's y we have courts and juries. Beside that fact, many newspapers print a lot of misinformed, inaccurate or "presumptuous" articles. That's just the nature of "news". We all know the biggest story always gets all the press, even if their is more to the story or another side of the story to go with "the big story" that's isn't seen as "big news". The days of "investigative reporting" aren't what they used to be. If this story is even true there is definitely more here than meets the eye, something about this just doesn't seem right or add up. People don't just do stuff like this unless they are severely mentally unstable. If you look at this from a common sense and realistic, Non-judgemental point of view i think the teens involved must of, in some way, had their own part in this whole incident. Whether they were instigating, taunting or harassing the alleged i have a suspicion their hands aren't exactly clean in all this either.
