I think that the state seriously needs to look into this case because their officers dont seem to know how to keep their stories straight and they took unnessesary actions towards this innocent man. I feel they need to give the families some accutate answers and put those police where they belong. Just because they are cops doesn't mean they aren't people and they should have to have the same punishments as the people they are looking for and not get protected by the higher forms of law.

The only difference is that the police have to deal with these situations on a daily basis. Their lives are also on the line significantly more often. If they had to worry about getting sued and put away for protecting themselves and others the best they know how, they wouldn't be able to do their jobs. People with those types of arguments, antipig, typically just have a bone to pick, or are foolishly liberal. It will be looked into, I'm sure, just like every other police action of its kind is looked into.

This is sad when it happens close to home. But this man clearly gave up his rights when he started acting like a crazy person. If you break the law and put the public in danger, BAM! You either give up or die. I'm not a
police officer but I would give my life protecting one. Don't put me, my family or innocent citizens on public streets at risk period. Is it really worth your life to act stupid? If you use your car as a weapon at me you'll quickly find out my bullets are faster than your car. |
