Saturday night a(dui?)unlicensed person driving a car owned by another probably unlicensed person which has an illegal CA license plate on it (so there is surely no insurance on the vehicle)almost ran over my friend! This person was so out of it that they did too wide of a turn. They weren't even aware that they almost hit a person who was walking in a lighted walkway on private property of my apartment complex.

What should we do? We called the SCPD, BUT according to the SCPD dispatch the officers never even talked to the unlicensed driver nor the owner about his illegal license plate nor proof of insurance. We were told that the SCPD made NO contact with anyone!

Any suggestions on how to make sure this person doesn't hit anyone else? Is there an agency we can report this to that takes dangerous unlicensed driving serious? My friend could have been killed or seriously injured with no one to take liability responsibility!

Lemme guess, it was at the Mission Garedens section-8 housing, and it's the JS Co's fault.

Maybe it was one of the 28 neighbors who tried to get ColbyLoon evicted for being an alleged molester. Since Colby has no friends at Mission Garedens it takes no imagination to make baseless charges against someone he dislikes. He's done it to regular Topix posters countless times. SCPD quit listening to his constantly crying "wolf" several years ago.

Sorry that your friend was put in danger walking through a complex.

Let's get a few FACTS straight:
1)"unlicensed person driving a car owned by another probably...", means someone you don't have any solid info on other then they looked a certain way and must be a certain type of individual. Is that like Homeless Bigotry?
2)"according to the SCPD dispatch the officers never even talked to the unlicensed driver nor the owner about his illegal license plate nor proof of insurance", did they track him down, did they pull him over, did they find out about no license, illegal plates, or his no insurance or did you pull that fact out of your ass again?
3)"Any suggestions on how to make sure this person doesn't hit anyone else?" Yes, call the police and let them handle it.
4)"Is there an agency we can report this to that takes dangerous unlicensed driving serious?" Yes, you call the motherfxin CHP you stupid cluck.
5)"My friend could have been killed or seriously injured with no one to take liability responsibility!" Welcome to the real world where accidents happen and you better watch where you are walking./gasp EVEN IN SANTA CRUZ, home of the slugs that can't afford to stay here but they do, along with cry wolf, complain about their living situations, and then bring it to a public forum to get smashed so they can call "troll."

In reply to: Sorry that your friend was put in danger walking through a complex.

Let's straighten out your faulty assumptions:

1)Solid info verified through official channels

2)Verified by SC Officer Tim Shields while he physically was looking at the plate and running a DMV check. I assume his info to be true unless you are implying SCPD officers are lying asses!

3)Tried that, SCPD informed us they did nothing.

4)You actually made one valid point and good suggestion in your post. Next time I will call the fucking CHP because they actually do their job unlike the SCPD!

5)Isn't it best to get these crazy drivers off the road or do you support people who drive dangerously, dui, unlicensed, and uninsured?

Sure thing whackjob!!!

Was "Tim Sheilds" one of the undercover SCPD Methcookers on your patio?

Or did the SCPD decide it was another "Wolf" call?

P.S. The SCPD is not a personal security detail for a whiny Welfare parasite. they've got more important things to worry about.

The SCPD has important business to worry about, like busting a man for allegedly stealing flowers, yes? Pathetic.

They should spend more time investigating the Mission Gardens Apartment's resident alleged cold molester, peeping Tom and welfare cheat.

I didn't know the SCPD investigated cold molesters. No wonder the SCPD never catches any cold molesters although I am sure DA Bob Lee would prosecute one.

Or a full-scale CSI team of investigators for the "Hate crime" of a birdcrap on FAT Pat's bumper?

That's almost as funny as FAT Becky demanding the FBI be called in to catch whoever stuck a pear in the tailpipe of her beatup old Ford!!

Is this the official position of the SCPD?
