Ms Capsers has done a great job in the Historic Town of Fairmount Heights, and the media has failed to give thi community the positive publicity it deserves.
Historic Fairmount Heights is the hometown of GoGo Gdfather and Grmmy Music Nominee Chuck Brown, and the families of Marvin Gaye, Sugar Ray Leonard, Booker T Washington,Arethea Franklin,Judge James Taylor,Lawrence Brooks, the first Black Chairman of The Washington Suburvan Sanitary Commission, Ruth Scott Brown, First Black Maryland National Park and Planning Commissioner and many others.
In my book And Yet We Rise, discusses the historical nature of this powerfull African American Town and it's local High School, Fairmont Heights High School.
Good luck to Ms Capsers and the Civic Association
