The County spokeswoman cheerfully announced that the main and secondary roads were clear. I would love to drive on one of those roads if the County would clear my neighborhood road.

We were told to stay off the roads. Not everyone was listening? WHY? To make things worse?
Do people not understand be prepared?
What dont they get?

Do people need a guideline printed out for them?

Where were people throwing the snow digging out from their cars? Back in the street.
How smart is that?
