Right on, right on, right on! Unfortunately moronic libtards wouldn't understand this simple explanation of the 2nd and 3rd amendments, much less agree with it.

Why don't people get this? Gun control/ban do not work. Please do not experiment with this either. Thank you.

The second amendment pertains to a militia or civilian group of part time soldiers, even a National Guard and to a free state in the 18th Century.

The Third Amendment is among the least cited sections of the U.S. Constitution. There have been no major Supreme Court cases concerning violations of the Third Amendment, mainly because the quartering it forbids has not been attempted since the American Revolution.

Republicans, Democrats, Liberal and democratic Progressives have for the past Century relied upon the presence of the police, the national guard and locked doors. Most house entries take place when no one is home to shoot the intruders. Makes it easier to steal our guns, too. Your chances of being robbed in Alamogordo are small, if you are careful. I understand the desire to play cops and robbers with real guns. I desired that as a child, too.

I think your faith in the constitution is misplaced and that you just want to fondle the cold metal of a deadly weapon. Which you can do without any great effort as deadly weapons are in just about every household in the nation and readily available for use.

The Supreme court recently ruled in the DC case, essentially stating that individuals have the constitutional right possess arms/guns irrespective of being a member of a militia. I believe it was a 6-3 decision, but I could be mistaken.

A lot of people don't know that every sheriff has a group of people that could be considered a militia. I was included in one when I was a special deputy sheriff.

Why do you ignore the part where is says "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."? We are the people, and our rights to have firearms will help us keep our ever encroaching government from making slaves of us.

There is not law or amendment or any other government statement that says the government is responsible for our safety or well being.

thinks that the government is the answer to ALL problems. It does not matter that your chances of being robbed in Alamoghetto are small. Ask the people in Shitcago about the chances of being killed. I think the total is up to OVER 54 people this year have been murdered. Not too safe in the land of the windy city. The 2nd amendment was NOT for hunting either. it was to keep the government honest to it's people. Problem is, the people have not been "Executive Ordered" out of thier rights. If you took riddlyn or addreal you cannot pass a background check. If you take ANY anti-depressants, you cannot pass a background check anymore. If you are a drug user, you cannot pass a background check.(Kennie, that applies to your drug abuse as well!) President Obama eliminated almost 40% of the population, through executive order, from being able to exercise their 2nd amendment rights. They don't have to come take your guns anymore, they legislated your rights from you in the name of false safety. If guns do not prevent crimes, then why do police and military cary them? Libs like Kenny just want the government to handle every issue from the time they pop out of a vagina (provided they are not aborted beforehand) till they become plant food.

I am so glad i moved to a state where people actually give a shit about their rights.
FYI the Gov. of Nevada David Lory VanDerBeek is giving a haven for the gun industries to go. As well as anonymous members are to be physically and lawfully protected. Its on youtube look it up.

The percentage of Alamogordo murders is .43% out of the total population of 31.3 thousand. Chicago has a population of over 2.7 million and the murder rate is .19%. Your chances of being murdered in Alamogordo are twice as great as Chicago.

Since Wall-street is indirectly the cause of most of our problems, the only solution would be the government. The problem is that Wall-street and government are upheld by the same crooks.

What do you know about Libel laws, whatever your name is? No need to worry about your lies here on Topix, but it can bite you in the butt, elsewhere. I say that because you have a habit of spreading malicious lies about other people. Just don't give out your name or use your home computer when doing it. One of your more sensitive targets might decide to retaliate. Peace!

I would be interested in hearing just ONE malicious lie I have spoken about other "people". You say people, meaning that as more than one? You say you don't know me, yet you know I have lied about other people? I think that weed you are buying is laced! Might want to get another supplied kennie!
