I OFTEN WONDER IF THERE IS A LAW FOR THE RICH OR POLICE, AND IF THE POLICE ARE ALLOWED TO BREAK THE LAW TO ENFORCE IT? HERE IN CANADA , THE POLICE , FIRE DEPT , AMBULANCES. MUST STOP AND PROCEDE , WHEN *****SAFE TO DO SO *****. WELL IT,S HARDPROCEED WHEN SAFE TO DO SO , WHEN HE WAS IN A COLLISION. KILLING 2 PEOPLE., AND TO BE INVESTAGATED BY HIS OWN FRIENDS. COME ON AM I REALLY STUPID , OR DO I JUST THINK I AM ? SOME OTHER OUTSIDE POLICE FORCE , EXAMPLE FBI, OR OTHER POLICE FORCE ? IN CLOSING MY CONDOLINCES GO OUT TO ALL INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER. SINCERELY, RALPH SMITH, ONTARIO CANADA.
