I stopped at Hotshots for the first time today. Service was very good and and so were their wings. Our waitress was plain and simple a gorgeous, super hot, polite, and friendly young lady. I will be going back again very soon.... Don't forget, they will be open at 4pm on Xmas day; all you hotties need to show up for a jesus birthday bash

I completely agree. GROSS. The waitresses were smoking at bar while serving food. NEVER WASHED HANDS. Hopefully someone will fix this. Would hate to see the place go out of business. Hell they get smoke breaks what every hour or so, go in back room and smoke, then come back after washing up. Pretty simple.

Funny to see this as I also had a bad experience with the smoking. I sent corp an email just to let them know what I saw. I like the food and want to see this place survive. Here is the response I received.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us about your visit to the new Hotshots. I don't know if you aware or not but that location is a franchise location. That being said, they still are required to uphold all of our standards, policies and procedures, including not smoking while serving customers and washing or sanitizing hands after they smoke.

I am sending a senior representative from Hotshots corporate to address this and other issues in our continuing effort to ensure that you get the same great service and product in Cape that you will find in our 8 St. Louis and St. Charles county stores.

You are right to say that this type of occurrence is unpleasant. I can assure you that it will be addressed tomorrow. Please feel free in the future to let us know how we are doing in this and all other areas of service when you find yourself in that or any of our other locations.

May I also suggest Matt, if I could,changing the lighting there because it's terrible for cellulite. It's also bad for ugliness, just a thought. I would make it dark, maybe some mood lighting. I would recommend you personally examining those butts and thighs before having them wear those shorts. I'm sure it's in your job description.

Funny. I thought the same thing the one and only time I went to Show Me's.(and for that matter across the river). My butt looks better than that & I don't have tights on...
