Goodwill---- You should be ashamed of yourself. I was in your store the other day and your prices are ridiculous. You get the items for free and turn around and sell a lot of the items for as much as or more than new. They used to have a lot of good sales going on. I was there Saturday--no sale. Well I can't wait for Garage Sales ----you can keep your stuff.

OK, let's get this straight. You don't have the nuts to say this to the folks at Goodwill, either in person or by phone; so you hide behind a phony screen name and post your displeasure on an anonymous Internet forum. And this is supposed to make you look big and bad? I don't think so. Try again, chicken-sh!t.

This is why I refuse to go in there anymore or donate to them! AND I have called and complained to them about it a few times and since they don't do anything about it, they don't get my service. I went in there at one time and found a pair of lei jeans for full price. And I tried to get them to go down and when they refused, I refused to buy them and walked out. I donate to safe house for women now and every once in awhile I will donate to salvation army. These two places have helped me tremendously in the past and I can't do anything else but pay it forward to help others in need.

You may want to read that again. I didn't see where the person was trying to look "big and bad". This site is supposed to be where people can go and talk about things just as what was posted. Sadly people of Cape have turned it into a bash everyone they can site. I think maybe you need some anger management classes.

Check and see how much the Goodwill board of directors and officers get in financial compensation. Goodwill stores are franchises and have guidelines to maximize profits. Go to Teen Challenge or Salvation Army.

What's your problem Joe Joe? I think the employers working at Goodwill know the prices seem way too high. Are you saying their stupid? It wouldn't do any good to tell them about their prices. The people who go their can judge for themselves. Big and bad----- who said anything about looking big and bad? Chicken shit-----hahaha yeah whatever! You need to take a nap Lil Joe Joe.

I told you that a long time ago. I stopped shopping there about three years ago when I found a new pair of shoes from Target for $23.99. Target had them clearanced for just $6.99. I saw it, turned round and walked out the door.... never to step foot in Goodwill again. Go to The Safe House Thrift Store instead....

I go there alot. I can get Video Games for $4.00 a piece which isn't bad. I can get DVD's for $4.00 ea. I can get paperback books for $0.30 (30 Cents). I can get $20.00 HDMI cables for $3.00 from there. Their prices aren't that bad for electronics. Clothing. I don't buy used clothing.

Plus it isn't the employees who price items. It is the Corporate that does the pricing. The Coporate for Missouri is in St Louis.

Whoever prices them----it's too high. I've been to St Louis Goodwill and I think they are a little less in price then down here.
