forget the diets because they only work temporarily. Try smart lipo. I just had it and its immediate results.

Lipo is a temporary result too unless your eating habits change and you exercise.

Agreed. It takes work to be fit and healthy people, there's no quick fix.

Just eat a sack of White Castle every day, it will keep everything sliding through quick enough that the fat and calories can't be absorbed.

The HCG duet is a complete joke! Don't waste your money. They want you tk follow a 500 calorie diet as well. ANYONE can loose weight if you're only consuming 500 calories a day!!! It is a lifestyle change. Eat right and exercise. Drink lots of water. You can do it w/o spending tins if money.

I lost 100 pounds doing just this. Eating better, laying off the sweets and sodas and some good old fashion walking and exercise. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I was a fata$$ no doubt but I got sick and tired of being overweight. It takes willpower and dedication. If you want it bad enough, you will do it. I did HCG, phentermine diet pills from the doctor, slimfast, acai berry and so on and so on. Yes, I lost weight on all of those, but they were not successful. If you really want to lose weight, change your diet, drink more water, and exercise. Walking is a terrific exercise! I started out small about a mile a day for a few days a week. Now I am walking and jogging 4 miles sometimes 5 miles a day for 5 days a week. The weight melted off! It's ok to treat yourself every now and then to a restaraunt or a piece of cake but remember that in order to lose the weight, you never deprive yourself. You will only crave it that much more and overeat if you deprive yourself. Eat 3 healthy balanced meals a day and a snack or two a day. Drink plenty of water. If you fry your foods, switch to baking. Count calories. Just be food smart. It's really common sense. I lost 30 pounds on the HCG diet before, but once I was off of it(you do it in cycles not a steady diet)for my 3 week phase of the diet, it was back on because my body was starving. 500 calories a day is not healthy and I do agree that being overweight is not healthy either, but do it the right
way. I was 250 pounds and I love to eat!!!!! I am now 147 pounds, I still love to eat, but I do it in moderation and I pick healthier choices. Also a rule I follow, is I never eat anything with four legs. That means I only eat, turkey, fish, salmon, tuna, shrimp ,chicken. Those are all animals with 2 legs(except for fish and shrimp) lol that are healthy for you to eat. I don't use ground beef or hamburger anymore, I use ground turkey now. And it's really good! I promise you this works if you try it. Do it the right way!

500 calories a day is not enough to suport normal daily brain activity, let alone the other body organs.

You would literally be starving your brain.

Ok...so please don't make fun of me, I have a serious question. I need to lose about 35 pounds..I work about 50 hours a week, 5 days a week..I always feel so exhausted on my 2 random days off, or I'm so busy cramming all my errands one day that I rarely have the time or energy to exercise. I find myself with a severe lack of will power..not to mention there are days where it'll take me several hours to even finish my lunch because I'm so busy at work, and then there are days I only eat once. I know it's not healthy and I know how you're supposed to eat, but it's hard. So my question is, how in the world do I get enough motivation to get up and exercise?:(

Honesty, you just do it. There comes a point to where you just know you have to get up and exercise to get what you want. Also it sounds like you're very crunched for time so I recommend Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. The work outs an cool downs are 20 minutes long. You're constantly moving during that time so it's effective. Another downfall since you're busy is what you eat. It's very easy to get in the habit of fast food when you're in a hurry.

Set yourself a goal. 35 pounds is a lot so set small ones. EX: 10 pounds in 12 weeks and keep setting your goal until you reach it. Weight doesn't come off overnight.

Hope this helped!!
