When you have that many kids running around screaming, you probably have to raise your voice to be heard. I've taken my kids once and we loved it..will definitely go back!

raising a pesons voice is one thing, chaseing them down and yelling at them then yelling at the parents or grand parents in my case is wrong...and putting her hands on a 2 1/2 year old is totally not right!!!!!! I've reported this person... Don't get me wrong this place was great... my grandkids had fun....with the exception of the one worker there..

Hey "customer" I completely agree with you. I have been wondering about that place because I am new to the cape area and wanted to take my children there. Thanks for the info and if we do go I will be on the look out for that employee.

The place is great and my child loves it!! I only have 2 complaints. It is definitely crowded when it's busy!! Second, the lack of security. When we leave no one double checks that the correct parent is walking out with the child they came in with. Disappointing and very scary!!

My first experience, there happened to be a bday party going on in the back room and someone was carrying things to their vehicle in and out of the back door. The door was left standing wide open for at least 20 minutes. Not only that but there wasn't even a child proof gate blocking the hallway to the door. Id feel much better about being there if these problems were fixed.

Well today, I am happy to say that after I complained to management about my ordeal, the manager is giving us a few comp tickets, to try it again, hopefully on a day Lidia won't be working.. at least that is what I requested a day she wasn't working, don't want to deal with her again. I will give it another try on a weekday... I'm hopeing it will be a better experience, this time around.

I was concerned about them checking us out at first but then I thought places like six flags, and the water park in cape doesn't make sure you leave with the right kids and they are much bigger and mostly outdoors.

And last time I was there they had a chain blocking the back door and they told me that the door doesn't open unless you hit the button for it to release!

I think Lebounce is an amazing place! An dive asked the workers why they yell at the kids and i totally agree with thier reasons!!
1) Safety reasons
2) The inflatables are very very very expensive, you could buy a house with on much money the owners have sent on jus one of those, but anyways we kids are being really really rough it risks the chance of the inflatable popping and then us parents will have to replace it! So unless you want to pay for another one, let the workers do thier job
4) the kids are being soooo rough that other kids are gettin hurt in the process of the kids being rough an other parents are gettin mad because thier kid are gettin hurt because some other kids' parents dont kno how to control their kid!!!
Lebounce is am awesome place! And the workers are awesome too! They jus have to be a little strict especially if the parents of the kid will not control thier child! I love takin my kids back thier! They have an amazing time. Without the workers there i think thier would be alot more accidents then thier are now!!!

I went for a party a couple weeks ago, kids had a blast and nothing to complain about on the workers. Only complaint was the big kids jumping and playing. My 4 year old was being knocked over and out of the way by several black girls who were well over 12 and 13 who probably didn't even realize that they were knocking him out of the way, but no less they were too big to be in there. I think it should be for 10 and under to ensure that larger children aren't being neglectful of smaller children who may get hurt in the process of older kids being rambunctious. That being said I also saw a (small) mother in with her child who was too YOUNG to be in there, I'd guess around 1 y/o. That child had no business going through all those big inflatables, there's one in the back specifically for youngens and parents can go in that with them. Not like they would even remember it an hour later anyway being so young!

I went there for a birthday party and the workers were very rude! They were all very young and didn't feel as if they had to work. When it came time for them to close they were very rude and told a few children that were still playing to get out because they were closing. I will never go back. The place is supposed to be a great experience for the children, instead they feel as if they were yelled at.

If your going to bag me on here at least spell my name right. Your kid shouldn't have been slapping other kids in the face "coustomer"... I didn't yell at you and if you would have had the day I did that day with a birthday party that brought a rabbit and was letting it run around. Also having somebody try to steal your $160 Gianni Binni heels, that I had worn to church and were in the office. You would have a bad day too! However with all the commotion of that birthday party, the extra crowded kids, noise from the blowers, and the thoughts of somebody ramsacking the office to steal your things while you were at work would have had you upset too.
Along with that, the 2 and 3 year olds that I guess were your grandchilren.... when I was told the rules of working there fighting and anything that I thought should not be going on I was told to break up. A safe enviroment is part of our policy at Lebounce. I think that after you had told your child to stop she should have listened, in my house if somebody is told to stop (including my 3 year old brother) they stop, its part of obideince. The other girl that was being held onto did not want to be held on to. Also when I got the job we were told to not touch the children, so I didn't touch your grandkids. If you had watched that after.. I turned it into a game, me and your grandchild happily climbed the wall and went down the slide while she was laughing and smiling.
Also, for the "waste of time" person" we told you that we close at 6 and everybody has places they want to be. After dealing with so many kids and working with different kinds of people. I will assure you that I was not the one who made the nasty comment, however our boss did talk to all of us and was very dissapointed. I was dissapointed with that night. I also noticed you had other comments. Like "we got into the room late" Well we had your room ready 10 minutes before, we told you, you just decided to sit in the lounge and talk. You also said that you didn't get your food until 530, well you did not order your food until 515. Getting your food in 15 mins is great. I do hope you come back.
In conclusion, Lebounce is a wonderful place for families and employees. I love my job and hope to have it for a long time. It is my sincere apologies to "costomer" I am naturally a loud person if you had wanted me to tone it down all you had to do was ask... while talking to another employee even she agrees that when you are in the in the building with all of the noise that it really affects how you talk.

Thank You for reading.

Whoever you are Lydia, I hope you get fired. Would your employer allow you to speak this way to that lady in your place of employment? I doubt it. Doubt they'd be okay with you having attitude upwards her on here. True, the other lady should complain to your boss and not necessarily on topix but either way you should never speak to a current or past customer that way. If it were me I would take this into Le Bounce and demand a manager.

Thank you Missouri... I was just explaining everything that had went on that day.
Sarah, you acted like I was being very rude, I would have had no problem explaining these things to these customers. I am an honest person and I belive it takes an honest person to get somewhere in this world.
As for guest, maybe not the dream but its an awesome fun job that I really enjoy... just because you don't like it doesn't mean that other don't enjoy it.. if you have kids I hope you give them the chance to come and play.
