I don't know about MO, but in IL, DWLR carries a fine and jail time, usually 30 days. Probably similar here.

They should impound whatever car you were driving too. Things would get fun then.

From http://dor.mo.gov/pdf/dlguide.pdf

Driving While Your License is Suspended or Revoked
If you drive while your license is suspended, your driving privilege may be
revoked for one year after you are convicted. If you continue to drive while
your license is revoked, you may be convicted of a felony and have your
license revoked again for one year.

MO statute says Class A misdemeanor on first three offenses, and fourth offense in a ten year period is a Class D felony.

Why do people do this? You know u r gonna get caught. The really stupid thing is that you knew ( yes don't even try to pretend you didn't know you were suspended or revoked) you were illegal and still did something stupid to get stopped. Real smart. Lmao!

knowing from personal experience 3 times driving revoked is considered a felony in some states, and you can go to jail for 3 to 5 years. walk, catch a ride, ride a bicycle.
