The problem is all the jackholes who go to the casino expecting to spend $5 and win $1 million. Idiots, the casino is in business to MAKE money. It's not a charity. Don't go there expecting to break the bank.

How do you think they pay for all the slots, tables, employees, building, upkeep? The answer is, by the money people lose there. It's stupid to go there expecting to be a winner. Your suppose to go for fun. I go to advertise my services and have fun. Never once have I went expecting to come out money ahead. If you have $100 and that's it and your bills still need to be paid, keep your ass at home. Odds are, you won't win and you just lost the last bit of your money.

Got a coupon for a free buffet and the wait was over one hour and they told us it'd be that way all night and we'd lose our place in line if we went and gambled. I won't wait an hour to eat anywhere in cape except my own home. Some customer appreciation they have.

Maybe they should stagger that mailing so everyone doesn't get one for the same day, kind of a bait and switch tactic, we went and spent money somewhere else to not wait and didn't drop a dollar at the Isle. Thanks

Or maybe they could change their policy on getting one drink every 30 minutes. All the other casinos I've been to force drinks on you bc it's more money being spent. Cape casino sucks w that. Also I've heard about 4 ppl talking about how they turn down ppl if they "assume" they are too drunk. N then I experienced it myself w my friend after they made us explain where we were n how much we drank (one beer after work and were still n our work clothes) and still they wouldn't let us in. They even refused to believe my friend was 40 years old after looking at her id and other forms of identification. It was her birthday also which was even worse. Me n my other co workers go about twice or so a month n lose our money quick. Cape casino sucks.

we go to Casinos a few times a year and this is a sad sad excuse for a casino. People thought they would just go there and win their ass off , well like I told many people this is a risky dink operation. We have great times and get so many free rooms all over the country form harrahs multiple locations, we get tons of comps , food , concert tickets etc. harrahs sold out in st.louis to Hollywood. After two trips we will never be back there again. We go to tunica, horshoe, harrahs, gold strike. It is amazing the difference. We will never frequent this dog and pony show. It is ridiculous.

What kind of service you offer? Put my tea bags on your chin type service? Let me know I may be interested. Male of female, doesn't matter, so long as you swallow!

They are telling the truth. But when we were there they told us every 20 min and they have people watching it too.

I think it has the potential to be a great place. They need to loosen up the slots, after all you go there to be entertained and most gamblers will spend the money back. They shouldn't have to wait 20 or 30 min for another drink if ur not intoxicated I say serve it, don't give away so many free buffets and loosen the machines, you don't need 5 people standing at the front carding people most casinos have one or 2, also would have been smart to put a large bingo hall in that draws in a lot of people. I'd go there more if machines were looser and I thought I had a better chance of winning instead of going and dropping $200-300 and not hitting anything. Yes the casino gets ur money in the short term but will loose ur business in the long term if the machines don't pay. I realize they are there to make money and you will mostly loose but most people will play it back. Loosen up and you'll get more repeat business. My favorite casino used to never give me over $10 free slot play and I went there a lot. Why? Because they had 96% payback and you had fun sometimes you won a lot if times you lost but you had more fun because they were loose. Also they had double triple diamond quarter slots with progressives in a cluster that always stayed packed just few ideas!!!

It's odd a casino would make an offer for free food for a bunch of people at the same time. It steers them away from playing the machines or tables. If they have 100 people standing in line for hours all they've managed to do is pass out free food!

No I am not full of crap. They are only allowed to serve alcoholic drinks to ppl every 30 mins. Also you cannot buy more than one drink by yourself. Whoever you are buying the drink for has to be there so they know its one drink per person. Also they cannot serve anything straight. If you order a straight shot of crown they have to put it on ice or with a mixer. They cannot jus give you a straight shot that isnt mixed w a coke or watered down in some way. If you don't believe me call them n ask their policy on alcoholic drinks or go to the casino and witness it yourself.

Casino sucks is right.. Only 1 per 30 min. They watch it closely too. Have had 2 run ins with their 'bar managers' and both ended with me getting my drink bc the manager was being a prick

Exactly, made no sense at all how it was handled & was quite disappointing. If anything I'm less likely to go back now than I was before the free buffet that wasn't.

If you say so, but I've been there many times and bought more than one drink in 20-30 minutes.
