Where in the hell do people go to meet people near Cape, Sikeston, ect. I have been in two different relationships so i been out of the dating scene for over 4 yrs and been in Virginia for the past 2 yrs so I have no ideal where to even go to meet people. I really do not want skanks where the hell are all the good girls and where is hotspots to meet people and singles any help would be so helpful

You could go to the adult education center and meet people on your level. You should be embarrassed of your grammar skills. It's "idea", not "ideal". It's, where "are" hot spots, not, where "is" hot spots. Like I said, the adult education center would be a good start. You could try the public library too!

The damn nit-picking spelling police. Dudes trying to get laid, not scolded. Maybe blood to his brain that helps him think is re-routed to another part off his body.

Not sounding like an uneducated idiot might get him laid. Didn't you people learn anything is school? It's the worst turn off when some idiot says "pitcher" instead of picture. I would be embarrassed to take someone like that to meet my family.

The only true way to meet people in this region to date is through networking. You almost have to know or work with someone, who knows someone that is single and may be a good match. That is unless you want to get into the bar or church scene and the associated drama with each. You'd be surprised what you discover when you ask your married co-workers, "Hey, does your wife know anyone who is single".

As you can see from some previous posts, this area is also full of a lot of high and mighty bit*hes! Just amazes me how some people can be so judgmental and self-righteous.

I wish I had better suggestions to help you find a "good" woman, but it's hard enough finding a good man in this area as well. Good luck in your search. If you find a good place to meet quality people, please enlighten us.

High and mighty? If someone can't present themselves as anything better than a third grader, how is someone supposed to expect anything more?

If somebody presents themselves as a bit*h, how is anyone to expect anything different? It's just grammar, dear. You were still able to understand the jest of his post. Take a break from being the grammar nazi. There are more important things in life than to sit around correcting everyone to suit you. Just saying.

Being able to conduct ones self like an intelligent member of society is important. Just because you have low standards doesn't mean everyone should.

The good girls are all at home because they're tired of trying to find a good man...I agree with the other poster, networking. Has worked best for me.

Judgmental much??? Let it go! I don't have "low standards", but I also realize that people aren't perfect. So his strengths aren't in grammar. I'll bet he's better in some situations that you may not excel in. It's just a fact of life. No need to judge a book by its cover. Somewhere along the line, someone forgot to send you the memo in this.

I won't respond to you again on this matter. I hope you will realize someday that accepting people for who they are can make your life much easier instead of wasting energy being critical of others because, in your eyes, they don't "measure up".

I don't really care whether you respond. Poor grammar is an indication of much more than just a lack of knowledge. Like good teeth. If your teeth are nasty, you need not apply. It's indicative of laziness. You judged me just as much for wanting someone to be able to speak or write above a 3rd grade level. I wouldn't take someone home that had a mullet either. It's called having some class. But in this area, what am I to expect? It's an immediate turn off. If their looking to meet people they need to present themselves in the best light possible. If you're ignorant, expect ignorant women. It's a fact.
