Does anyone else think this place is a little over priced?

I love having a place sort of nearby to take the kids, but the price seems high for not a lot of things to do. Some things are fun, just not enough to warrant the price. jmo

Awwh, yeah....poor federally subsidized Farmers with their new F350 Ford pickups, 4500 sq ft homes and illegal immigrant workers (living in a shack facing I-55. Poor, poor Farmers. It's really tough to plant crops and reap the rewards if they do well, or reap the rewards with crop insurance if they fail. Visit other countries, with NO federal crop money or "give me" crop insurance and you'll see truly poor Farmers.

"poor" is certainly very inaccurate...I have known the family for a long time, they are wonderful people who have a good thing going with the pumpkin patch, lots of fun things for kids to do, but i agree a break in the price would be nice, if someone has multiple children it adds up pretty quick, if would be nice if it were a little cheaper so more families could afford to go and have a good time with their little ones, i used to help out seasonly, and i think the pumpkin patch certainly stays busy enough that a few dollars drop in the price I dont think would hurt them! Like i said though we go every year and will go again this year, but i only have one child, i know several people who have said they would like to take their kids but 2 or 3 kids and 2 adults gets kind of costly, maybe they will consider making it more affordable

^^^It cost $9.00 per person. Two and under are free.

I started this thread just wondering if others felt the same about the price. I did not realize it would turn personal for some. I guess I should have given the format, but I did not.

Anyway, I like the idea about people with multiple children getting a discount. I also had this thought, with it costing $9 just to walk in....maybe they could have the people manning the different attractions check people for bracelets. Then, if someone is an adult just watching children and not actually doing any activities themselves they would not have to pay. Or at least pay a lesser rate? Just a thought. Then more parents could afford a family day with several children. I realize their customer's bottom line is not really their problem. There just does not seem that much to do to justify the price for more than say two people...especially when you take into account that the adults would not really utilize the attractions unless the children are very small and they are helping them.

I get along with a lot of people but I'll call you out if your a asshole. Trent is a punk. Nearly everyone in a 100 mile radius knows that. I sold him a car and he said he would pick it up later that day. 3 days roll around and he finally picks it up. He put my old tags on it that I took of of it, then he drove it to St. Louis, got it impounded and didn't even put it in his name. The impound lot called me and gave me a hell of a time! I had to show them the paper from the bottom of the title to get out of being sued for the impound fee. Trust me if you see anything for sale and its his, don't buy it he'll screw you over.

Hey guest. I know A LOT of people. Tons in this area. I happen to be a face in the community. I just call them as I see them. Trent I know on a personal basis. He was a cop until he got busted drag racing in a patrol car. As far as the Beggs go they act like Pioneer Trailer Court is Auschwitz or something. They rule their tenants with an iron fist. And as far as Brian goes, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I know several people that will attest to him being stuck up. I'll be the nicest guy ever, until you screw me or disrespect me. Then its over. Respect is a two way street. You have mine its just up to you to keep it. If you speak to me I'll speak back to you, regardless. I'm never to good to speak to anyone and if thats unpopular then so be it. I was just asking him a question.
