They lost thier spark and created a flame. They are one of the busiest JJ'S in the country. Thier sales have grown 3 times what they were a few years ago. If you mean they make some mitakes, Sure, Who doesn't? I'd say For how much growth and how many more jobs they have created, They are doing a fine job! They have over 70 people working there! Of which, 35 of them have just started in the last month. Give them some credit!

I'm old and out dated, but goin in JJ is just a bad experience , the music to damn loud to hear what cashier is saying, hell they can't even hear me half the time. Kids always talkin or texting even right in the middle of taking my order. It's just a kids hang out. If I want a decent place to go eat a sub I just go to mcalsters (spelling) deli where I feel they at least appreciate my business.

Not a high turnover, just growth. That is what happens when a buisiness grows (you hire). And if the music is too loud, just remember (it's a college based store). That is the culture in which Jimmy created there. Mcalisters is a great place, just go eat there if you choose. Jimmy Johns will still be the fasted growing chain in the country. And the Cape JJ's will still be one of the top stores in the country. Can gaurantee that!

I disagree, Jimmy johns sux. The children that work there are rude as hell and act like customers are interrupting their fun. There are more than college kids in this town. If the ass that owns it wants it for college kids only then move the business up to semo.

No I don't know the owner, but the other poster said it a college based store, then move it closer to the college. Me knowing the owner does matter on that comment.

Being a college based store is in reference to all Jimmy Johns. Jimmy started them for college students to have a place to go. And I doubt that you would know, but the Cape JJ's is considered a campus store (Its 3 blocks from one).

Too many of the employees look like jail escapees and crackheads.

The owner Jason used to be in there working alongside - what happened to him? Seems like it's gone downhill now that he's not there and supervising. Must be a woman taking up his time - they'll make you forget priorities

Just have it delivered its freaky fast. I'm serious though the food is great and the delivery drivers are always fast. The best thing is no delivery charge!! Well very small .50 cents or less for one sandwich.
