They were high. Don't know who picked them up. Attorney . Family member. Mugshot shows they were high as a kite. Shouldn't it be on case.net already?

Sometimes, it takes a while for case net to file the charges, and there are times when attorneys are able to get the charges dropped before the case has been filed. Also, try different spellings of the name, sometimes the names get spelled wrong. Also, if you do All Participating Courts you'll get more results idk why or how but it does help. It could be a city charge/case, if it is it won't show up on case net.

They may have not been charged yet , the prosecutor office can take the case under advisement and file later or not file at all. They could have also decided there was not suffice blood test or breathing
test to prove the case what ever they have two years to file the charges.
