Anybody know what's going on down there?! Many of the familiar faces are gone. Food is getting terrible! Are they going out of business? Those waitresses kept my crew drunk and laid for a minute, now it's not even fun to go there anymore!

I haven't been there in about two years, since the night they served me cold food and then microwaved it for about a minute when I complained.

We went there with a group 2 months ago. Several of us got the ribeye and pd $23. It was by far the toughest steak I have ever eaten. None of us liked it. However, the appetizers were good.

My friends and I eat at Port Cape on a regular basis. Typically 10-20 in our group. We have learned to ask the waitstaff to bring out our orders as they are ready and not wait for the entire tables orders to be delivered at the same time. We have had to wait 45-60 minutes for orders before and we received cold food.
We have had to get up and take our empty drink glasses to the counter to get a refill because the waitstaff were nowhere to be found.
We have had the management come out and apollogize because they were under staffed and that let us know why the service was slow. But, most times we have eaten there unless we bribed the waitstaff by telling them what their minimum tip will be we hardly see the waitstaff and our table goes thirsty. Which aggervates paying customers waiting for another beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
I do not understand why my friends choose this place to meet, the food is ordinary and service poor but until they choose somewhere else I enjoy my friends company so I will meet up with them down town.

Not a fan of the food but when you add in slow or no service it makes you not want to return. The beer is cold and they have ice cream.
I will admit that their broccolli salad is the best I have had. I always order it when I have to eat there.

It used to be hard to get a table in the bar on Thursday nights but now it's really easy since they've ran everybody off.

We used to go all the time but ever since they raised prices we went less. The last time was six months ago when the the waitress was no where to be found to fill our drinks and our food was cold when served. We won't go back.

It's a good place to go stand in front of to look at the river, but as far as entering the building and eating anything, naw, not so good wouldn't recommend it.

I just ate there this week.
The food was still ordinary as usual.
This time the service rocked. Drinks handled in a timely manner and the server was perky and courtious. The manager visited our group and we let him know we appreciated the server. He told us her name but the amount of drink I had lets her name escape me.
This one event was nice to expereince I wish the other times we visited would have been as pleasant.

It would at least improve the flavor of most dishes coming out of the kitchen.

Wasn't nearly as the last time we ate there, compared to times in the past. Food could have been better and the server was not the greatest.

I went there last Saturday with my daughter upon looking at menu noticed prices are higher but the kicker was they were out of ribs. How does a place famous for ribs run out of them by 1pm on Saturday. I say not good planning on kitchen/cooks part and the poor servers are suffering becuase of it. We left the ribs were why we went.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Aquarius

If you're a typical Aquarian you're often quite idealistic and today is no exception. You're wandering around on cloud nine, especially if you're thinking about a very special someone, and indulging in all sorts of deliciously romantic daydreams. Reality? You've no time for it right now, because it will intrude too much on your fantasies.
