Anyone know anything about this company? I was told it is a scam and that most of the people in this Cape office are just young and stupid or old and desperate. I received an email after going on Monster and have no experience in insurance or sales or anything and got a letter from them. I went to a MASS interview/orientation and was given a powerful, unbelievable you can make a hundred thousand your first year speech. Talking to others they said it was a big scam and the turn around in this place was crazy because you end up spending more money than you make on training and licenses and cancellations and whatever and that you are suppose to be self employed but yet spend two days a week in an office without pay making cold calls. Anyone know anything or anyone who works there?

I know there was a guy there that said he made $150000.00 his first year. There are a lot of hot babes working there and I think they use them to lure people in. I met a guy who went to work there and he said they use those girls as "trainers" and they flirt with you and make you feel good and cheer lead you on to make that money. Of course they make money every time you go with them somewhere and they saddle up beside you and some end up fooling around with their proteges in order to get more money out of them. They wine and dine them too. But still you end up losing money at the end of the year because you have been used up for gas and expenses.

There is a trainer there named Justin who is a hot chunk of guy. If I was a girl working there I would "saddle up to" or ON him ANY TIME. Anyone know anything about him? Single? I think someone told me his name was Justin Vines? Damn he is one fine piece of art.

the people that end up spending more money than they make are either retarded or quit after a few weeks because they are scared to talk to people on the phone. bankers provides some of the best training in the industry. and there are definately no hot babes that do any type of training in the cape office. any job where you are self employed is going to cost money on the front end, show me one that doesn't.

I also attended a interview with them and was accepted to come back, I never went back, instead, I went to another agency and am doing well there. If interested email me at njsenterprises@live.com. We are hiring a few more individuals for our telemarketing department, you can start immediately. No cost, unless you decide to take your exam, and then you have the test fee and the licensing fee. We do not want you to feel locked into our company, that is why we do not pay for your licensing exam or fees, however, we do supply all testing materials.

My husband worked for them for years. Most don't make it in this business for long. The few that are successful get the boot right before they are vested--7 years it used to be. Vested means you get renewals forever if you quit working for them. They make up some bogus complaints and then fire you so that you don't get a dime and they get to keep all your earnings. I personally know four good agents this happened to. Their products are good but they screw their agents. BEWARE.

The managers there make good money but the agents always get screwed.

I worked there for only a couple months and went at least $1,500 in the hole. I left before I had to pay them more to work for nothing. Half of what was sold which was with trainers I got charged back. The problem is the over promising and the under delivery. Beware they make money off new agents. When a company herds you in like cattle and hand pick the ones they think are smart enough to sell for them is a joke. There is a reason why. They are always advertising for agents because they can't keep anyone. There are only 2 people in the office that have been there longer than 2 years. Tells me all I need to know!

Check out Modern Woodmen of America if you want to get into the insurance industry. I have worked for them for 3 years and am doing very well. There is not a lot of cost to get started just the testing fee for the insurance exam.email me if you are interested kelly.r.darby@mwarep.org. Sorry about all of the bad experiences, my heart goes out to you all.

Well I worked for Bankers from a starting agent to management, then left. I have to tell you they have some of the best training in the industry, plenty of leads for prospects. If you show promise they will help u help yourself.

Remember this is a 1099 (Self Employed Job) so the work you need to put in the beginning is huge, you will not get anything for free.

BTW you have to take a state test and be liscenced with ANY insurance company. Its not a Bankers charge
