Yes. Not in public. It'll take about a year to work out the details on sales,but it is legal.

You potheads need to pay attention. Marijuana is still illegal under federal law, so it's not clear what this vote really means. Right now it's more of a statement than anything else.

Not so true. Illegal on a federal level, yes. Legal on a state level, yes. Now either the federal government has to ignore or go to war with American citizens for exercising their rights to vote. The government is supposed to serve the people. The people stood up and decided what they wanted. The majority chose to have more personal freedom in the legal time honored fashion. Cannabis is already being reviewed by the Supreme Court for rescheduling. It's ruling could pave the way for the federal government to no longer treat cannabis as an illegal dangerous drug like heroin and meth.

Decriminalizing marijuana is similar to laws prohibiting smoking in restaurants, ironically enough. It will pass and be adored by the progressive states on either coast and slowly filter it's way to us in the Bible Belt. And truthfully, it's time!!
