No, they are not. If your major is a science, technology, math, business, nursing, or education, you jump in feet first. Even with Liberal Arts minors that aren't very big, such as Philosophy, you are taking major related courses in your first year.

Peter Kerr, Economics, Mid to Late 90's. He made me hate economics. Since graduating, I like it.

I forgot his name, but he taught Economics and was from Ethiopia and couldn't speak English. I'm surprised I passed the class after not understanding a single word he said.

Dr. Frazier for micro. Does she still teach or just play with her Mosquitos?
Haha. Yea she still does her mosquito research, but I kind of liked her pathogenic microbiology class. It was tough and a lot of work, but I learned a lot; isn't that the point of college?

Yea he's still there. We would have a class on Tuesday then have the exact same class, word for word, on thursday. He couldnt justify any answers that he counted wrong on tests then if you'd ask him about it you could get him to backtrack on his reasoning and admit that you were right but he would still refuse to change your grade. On the first story when he tried to convence us that adultery was good for marriages I knew it was going to be a long semester.

What do you expect from a mediocre (at best) school? If you can go elsewhere--do it. You get what you pay for.

Smentkowski threw a shoe at me once lol. Also tried to withhold my grade. I had to contact the Presidents office to get it recorded as an A instead of an F. Very intelligent guy tho, and a great debater.

There is one to look out for in English, Dr. Watson.

But there are two really great ones like Raschke and Chris Rieger.

So he's evidently not gay. That's a plus in my book--I'm a guy who likes women, too, so I can identify with him!
