I think this topix thread needs to be printed and sent to Randall Stephenson,CEO of AT&T. If you have read and signed the COBC then you are obligated to report things like this.Of course,I believe it will be the demise of the Cape office when the big wigs are aware of all this.

I took one of those surveys, and I said I was very dissatisfied with you people.
You guys all suck, everyone who works for AT&T is an idiot, they have horrible service and my internet never works, if anyone there knew what they were doing, they could just flip the switch and make my internet work, is it really that hard? All you do is send out confusing bills and then make me listen to your pitch when I call in, and if I'm ever a day late you disconnect my service and refuse to turn it back on, ridiculous.

you are a total dumbass, there is no switch to flip, if it were that simple i think someone would do it...the majority of it is controlled by computer system, that the employee usually has no control of...no worries though, you are not the only idiot who thinks the office is just full of switches..

As a stockholder I am very concerned about the caliber and morals of the employees.I don't think AT&T will go out of business but there is too much competition out there in the field of communications for this to go on.I think AT&T needs to clean house in Cape Girardeau,Mo.You don't see this on the ST. Louis Topix where the majority of employees for AT&T are located.Cape office,you need to clean up your act or your office will be in ST.Louis or elswhere.Someone needs to pay the $19.99 and get this garbage removed from Topix before the higher ups are made aware of this.But,I am sure they have already seen it.

I agree with what you are saying, but st. Louis reps do the dirtiest things to customers accounts. When you get an angry customer bc the have been lied to it's because a stl rep has lied or added the wrong promotions. I'm glad I no longer work there, but just stating the truth. Cape is a small town so people are going to talk plus you don't even know if half of the things are true or if it's just a disgruntled employee causing drama.
