Wow Mr Swingle! All that for nothing?? 3 months behind bars for what? Damaged reputation? Destroyed livelihood? Wonder how much that's going to cost us taxpayers from the damages coming our way.

No I'm an expert clairvoyant. I can clearly see the future before it happens. Also I spoke with GOD last night and he told me that would happen this week.

Based on the latest Southeast Missourian article, I would be shocked if the charges were dropped. What do you expect, the banks he wrote 1.7 million in bad loans to forgive him? Plus, these are felony federal charges. Sounds like he's already had to change lawyers and is still detained per the article.

Dr Glenn was the only Dr that I have ever been to that actually cared about me getting better. I was not herded through his office like an animal like I have at every other place I've been to in Cape Girardeau County. I'm not defending him if he broke the law but the other offices are doing the same thing with about 20% of the personal care. I miss you Dr Glenn. I appreciate your hard work and time in taking care of me and listening. I checked myself into rehab on my own for a month and am still sober to this day. I hope he gets to read this some day.

There is no way they are dropping all the charges just like that. Not in a society that considers you guilty until proven innocent. They denied his bail and his change of venue originally, just a month or so ago, and from what I had read in the paper he was postponing his trial in order to cite some evidence collecting discrepancies. Why would they all of a sudden just drop the charges? They will try and make an example out of him.

They do not have any evidence that proves "intent". Prosecutor has a choice to drop all charges or go to trial and lose. We the taxpayers will pay.

Yes, but that's not what the charges are about.

What is the status on this man? It seems like there is nothing happening. How long does it take for courts to get moving on this? Is he still in jail?

Can't believe all of you defending him. Not a chance is right. This physician has been nuts for many years.

What is MD Glenn up to these days? Who is looking after his wife? Have all charges been dismissed?

Or is he going to have to do a Wesley Snipes and a Lauren Hill
