Not in my opinion, no. In the eyes of the courts, yes. Without proof it is libel. So he can ask that it be removed. If everyone believes he did this maliciously, take written statements from everyone that witnessed it and take it to the local authorities and see what develops.

truth be told, his own employees tells the new hired people, to becareful with him . because he is a snake and 2 face. do not trust him and the only reason why some of them still stay is because they have no other place to go.

" Crime" i hate to bust your bubble but she did have proof, she had the license plate number and on the side of the car it said happy tails and described the car. she called happy tails gave them the description of the car the license plates to office person and they told her it was Larry Stones vehicle. HIS OWN EMPLOYEE TOLD HER. I think that is proff. no crime to repeat the truth

Again, I don't disagree. I'm just stating facts from a judicial view. Do I believe her, yes. No one needs to prove anything to me. I don't even care. Anyone can make the claims being made, I could say I saw the mayors car and give his license plate number and claim to call the governors office and get a verification that it was his car, it doesn't prove anything. That is why I said gather witness statements and take them to the authorities. In this country you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Post your concerns to your hearts content, but when you claim a person is committing a crime on a public site, until the crime is proven or he is at least charged with it, it is libel and will be removed by request. Point in fact he did. Again, not taking sides just trying to help folks understand why and how he got this thread removed. It's not my bubble to burst. I never seen a description of him only the car. So maybe someone else was driving it. Again don't care. I agree more with Stanley Dobbs post.

Libel is written slander is spoken. Telling the truth is ok making accusations without proof is not. If there is a video, great. But be careful, if a driver taped it from a cell phone, that can be a ticket in and of itself.

Sounds like he's a real price of work.

How long has he owned the business?
I feel sorry for his employees.
There's no telling what treatment pets received in his care. Horrible to think about.
Maybe clients will learn about this man.

I am employed at happy tails and I love my job. Larry is a great person to work for. He didn't mean to but in the line like that. He accidentally got trapped in it an he didn't know what to do so he turned his flashers on. He wasnt tryin to jump in the line to get anywhere. Also the dogs here get excellent treatment I am a huge animal lover and would not dare mistreat these dogs. I love them all and I even take time out of my day and play with them outside and love on them when I'm suppose to be cleaning. I bring my two dogs to work with me everyday and they love coming. Other employees also bring theirs when they come to work.

They should've rented a bus, everyone could've rode together and an old man might not have gotten trapped in a long line of cars.

well crime you herd it from Limdsey. Larry did do it,from the employes mouth. And if Larry is truly sorry he needs to find out who the family is and apologise. business owners are looked at differently then regular people. So if you put your business name on your vehicle you have to watch everything you do. That is how it goes
