I hope that he didn't lose any sleep. He has a job to do and needs his head in the game. I am not against the man. I'm just saying what happened in hopes this won't happen to anyone else. If you think I'm a horses ass, that's fine. But when it happens to you. You get humiliated in front of 25 others for wearing Levi's cargo shorts you will think the same way I did, or you will cowardly walk away. Anyone on here that put negative comments but use anything but their real name I do not take seriously. If I say tomato, you say tomoto.
You are not against the man, but you put this whiney baby bs on topix? You say you show respect? How, by not following the rules, that is how you show respect? You were embarrassed and instead of filing a complaint against the officer because you know you are WRONG, you get on topix and whine, name or no name you are a punk and a coward and btw an idiot. You have ebarrassed YOURSELF on topix on a much larger scale. You sir are stupid. Good day.

Your right I'm a punk. I'll move on.

Well I'm not at liberty to say. Company policy. If you had asked me on the street I could tell you. But not on a controversial posting site. But it's a nice one. Very good food!

Hey it states it on the door, NO SHORTS allowed in the courtroom, before you ever walk in. I hope you can read if you have shorts on you know you can't be in the courtroom.

Wow, Mr. Gianesin! It sounds like you're the King of Justification! You have a perfectly good explanation for every accusation made against you and an awesome rebuttal for anyone who disagrees with you regarding this topic! I can't possibly see why there would ever be a need to blame you for ANYTHING, actually!(Oh, did I mention I'm the King of Sarcasm?)

I respect everyone, I'm not biased. I'd say the person wearing a suit likes wearing suits. I'd say the person in pajamas is a person in pajamas. Biased comments. Dressing the part doesn't make you respectful nor does it show self respect. That's ridiculous. My character? I'm a nice guy who likes wearing cargo shorts a tshirt, flip flops in the summer, and a fedora. You judge people on clothing? How about what kind of car they drive? What if they live in a mobile home? You judge that too? Look I have self respect and I respect those who respect me. There was no reason to treat someone with disrespect the way tado did. I treated him with respect the last time I was there For speeding. Sorry I like to drive fast. Your arguements on here are to avoid situations like this? Authority? No one is above me! And I am not above anyone. Treat people like you want to be treated. Make me out to look like an idiot? I'll return the favor. Treat me with respect? I'll do the same. I shook this mans hand 2 months ago. Had a pleasant conversation, but he thought I was someone else this time. And it shows me how he treats other people. I ran a red light and I did 39 in a 25. Hardly a situation that can be avoided. Everyone speeds. Even you
No, I don't judge people on what they wear in general, but I do judge people according to what they wear to places where you should show RESPECT. If you show up to court and don't look like you even made an attempt to look decent, then yes, I would judge you on that! I would never show up to court in anything less than dress attire, but that's just me, trying to show some RESPECT!

If I met you, all I would be worried about is if you are nice to me, I will be nice to you. I don't care how you look. However, if you went to court or chuch or a funeral dressed like a bum I would think 1) YOU didn't think much of yourself and 2) you were being disrespectful to the court, church, or deceased and their family. You don't have to wear elite clothing, if you cannot afford good KMart clothes you can go to Teen Challage and get a decent suit or tie or even a good shirt and pants, that are clean and pressed. Because with 200 people (about) applying for every job, it would give you an edge to be at least neat and clean and it might give you an edge to dress better if the judge is having a bad day, the cop is having a bad day, the person hiring is having a bad day. It can't hurt. But, do what you must and congrats on the new job!

Papa Murphy's? I don't work their. I did at one time. I was doing 39 in a 25 on broadway by Capaha park. Everyone speeds through there. It was a yellow light that turned red before I got threw it. That's why i Got that ticket. Let the prik cop take the life of a innocent child doing 90 In a 35. No lights no siren. That's a little bit more dangerous. And cops know what kind of calls they are going to. So please take your biased bullshit somewhere else. And since you knew I worked at papa Murphy's then I must know you. Your probably one of the c*nts that got me fired from there. So please identify yourself so we can finish what you and your little friends started.
Nope. Don’t know you and didn’t get you fired. It’s obvious that you’re perfectly capable of accomplishing that all by yourself. I just questioned whether anybody could actually be as big an a**hole as you appear to be, so I did a little “Googling”. And, yes, you are for real, and truly are the jerk that you portray yourself as. You better be nice to all the c*nts at that fine dining establishment. Not if, but when, you lose that job, the next prospective employer may also know how to use Google. You will have made their decision so very easy. I do a little hiring myself, and I wouldn’t want your sorry flip-flop wearing, Levi cargo shorts clad a** anywhere near my business, as an employee OR a customer. LOSER!!

"You need to dress conservatively, dignified, and discreetly as a sign of respect for the judicial system." It appears that your conduct may've been an issue in addition to your attire. The bailiff was doing his job. Get over it.

I know Tado, he is, always has been, and always will be a classless jerk. He is consistently overbearing and arrogant. Thinks his badge is a free pass to be above the law he's sworn to uphold!

Your complaint to the department will go no where, Cape PD is the definition of the ole boys club!
