They are nothing but a legalized drug clinic.... The DEA really needs to check this place out... they do nothing to try to get people off the stuff... they just keep pushin so they can make their money !

Some one actually died not to long ago because they did not do the drug testing they should have and was on something else also. so along with the legalized drugs(ha ha) and whatever else they were on. killed this person. Why is this place not investigated? Why can people go on for years and years taking this stuff and not be dwindled down to get off of it like should be?

No body is gonna comment on this because anyone that goes to this clinic is gonna agree, and they don"t want to mess up their fix!

My ex tried this place to get off of pills....all they did was charge him 200 a week and supply him with a dose of methadone......so much that he was higher than he used to be on the pills....they did nothing to decrease the dosage.....just kept increasing......they don't require it's patients to work a n/a program......it's just a way to keep them legally high and profit

First of all why do you say it's your fault or your wife's fault? I don't understand why you think either of you are to blame? The clinic is in the old rust and Martin building just past uhaul. And you said you didn't know what to do. There is not a lot you can do its up to your son. Just don't be an enabler you can only help someone if they want to be helped.

Methadone clinics don't help! It's a legal way for druggies to get high! To get them off drugs, you strap them to a bed, pump fluids in them, and let them get the toxins out. Then send them to rehab to help their mental issues that make them use. End of story.

Methadone clinics do help people that work their program. There will always be people who fall off the wagon, do other drugs, and unfortunately die- through no fault of the clinic. If you aren't educated in the disease of addiction they please educate yourself before you make a decision on what you think

Of course I believe in making people suffer through their withdrawals with no help or relief. I may be a nurse, but I went into this profession to have control over those that are weaker and less fortunate than myself. I like to make people suffer. I enjoy picking on others because I'm a bully and have no life of my own.

That place is a joke and should be investigated. They collect $500. or so from each addict every month just to legally keep them addicted.

Methadone clinics are great there's always.going to be very few select people that don't work the program, but most people work the program right and get their lives together.. Educate yourselves before u talk about something u know nothing about. They pay 105$s a week @ this clinic in Missouri and they're trying to better themselves. I've seen so many people come in and they have lost everything and 3 months later they're rebuilding their lives and smiling once again and have something to live for.. The methadone clinic isn't for.everyone, but the ones that have really bad habits the clinic will benefit them very muched of story..

I know a man who's been going there for a little over two years and nothing has changed. Week after week they sell him his dose and that's it. No weaning him off anything. Is this to go on forever?

Thats not true after a while when your team fills that you have gotten to the point you have to succeed with your recovery they will doss you down and they watch you closely if you do not pass drug test and do your steps they will doss you down it is way more then drugs it has changed my family life it is not them who are the trouble it those who go just to play the system those who just want a cheep fix

What a person does with their own body is their business. So long as it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or harm another human being the why do any of you even care.

In This fcked up world I don't blame anyone who stays high all the time to keep the everyday pain of life at bay.

So fck all y'all sign carrying fence setting losers.

If you aren't happy w/ Methadone clinic then why don't you try Dr. Chand in Farmington - he prescribes Suboxone. I believe he also now does group therapy

Inpatient rehab is always an option too.
