Has anyone heard that Southeast Hospital employees are having to go through harassment training because a black employee sued the hospital because she was harassed? And that the legal department has been expanded to handle all the cases being considered as having merit and possibly being taken to court? And that the hospital is fearful of unionization so they beefed up their legal eagle department? ANYONE heard ANYTHING on this? Isn't if odd that a hospital is having to offer all their employees training on something the supervisors, directors, managers and top brass do all the time? Isn't that 'do as I say not as I do"? IF anyone would be brave enough to look under the rug at the source of all the stife at Southeast Hospital they would find the names of the directors of the departments and the top brass. Also, has ANYONE heard about how the collections department isn't collecting anything? That the hospital is known to not pay their bills on time? Is that for lack of money or poor management on the CFO and business department people? Just questions needing answers.

I heard that all employees are required to attended harassment training as outlined within a mandate for the hospital's insurer. A requirement that is common place in today's workforce and for an employer of this size. I know, this isn't as filled with drama and conjecture, so few will believe it.

There was actually a lawsuit an employee brought against the hospital for harassment.
