HaaHaa! You just blew it! You said, "call the sheriff's department and find out". Ok, but the arrest wasn't made by the Sheriff's Department, it was the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The Sheriff's Office only processes, holds and accepts bond. It was listed, and stayed listed for several weeks here: http://www.mshp.dps.mo.gov/HP71/search.jsp And obviously the Sheriff's Office would have no insight on the disciplinary actions taken against MSHP Troopers.

You just proved, by your own words, that you're a liar. You also affirmed my original belief that you know nothing other than how to bump your gums and attempt to pass rumor off as fact on the Internet.

And before you try to weave some "but, but what I meant to say was" or "my source must of lied to me" concocted story, it won't wash. You're a liar and it was fun proving such fact.

<quoted text>Call me whatever names you may, it still doesn't change the fact you cannot provide meaningful facts to support your claim. The first true indication of a lie being told.

The truth of the matter is that you haven't heard anything from anyone within a law enforcement agency. And now you have been busted passing off repeated rumor as fact.

So, I will ask again. What is the Officer's name and department? What part of that request do you not understand?

No, troll, I stand by my statement. All you have to do is call the sheriff's department or the courthouse to find out the truth. It's so damn simple, yet you refuse to do it. Then again, what else would I expect from a bumbling fool?

Ryder, someone was lied to. According to MSHP this trooper is still on duty and currently does not face any disciplinary actions.

I have to agree with a previous post that the sheriff's office had not a hand in this, they only housed her while she was in custody.

So again wither you or I have been lied to, and I would seriously doubt that MSHP general headquarters in Jefferson City would lie to make themselves look bad!

This is correct. Trooper Blaine Adams did not follow proper procedures with the breathelyzer. After the stop he is required to wait 15 minutes. He is on tape giving the test at 5 minutes. The evidence was suppressed. He is a serial DUI arrest cop. Like 3rd in MO. He was told not to lay in wait in Scott County

Firstly, I'm a guy and not affiliated with her nor any aspect of law enforcement. I am however someone who can detect a grandstanding dolt that is passing pure, unadulterated rumor off as fact within a public forum. And as you can see, by the comments of other posters, I was 100% correct in this "liar" classification. So, so easy.

You can stand by your false statement (keep repeating the lie) all day but it doesn't change the fact you lied and conveyed pure rumor as fact. Something you seem mentally ill-equipped to accept. Just because you keep repeating it, while implying ignorance upon others, doesn't make it true.

As others have posted, this incident didn't involve the Sheriff's Office. A fact I tried telling you yesterday. Calling them, as you have repeatedly urged, would be nonsensical and honestly a very weak "come back" on your behalf.

I hope you read the posts of others with a great attention to detail as they clearly illustrate just how wrong you are. I think it is time you change your screen name and scamper off someplace else to weave some more lies. With your failed position on this topic, you are way out of your league.

Does anybody else find it odd how this little girl has every opportunity to go directly to the source to try and prove me wrong, yet she chooses to keep sitting there like an idiot and saying "you're wrong, you're a liar, neener neener neener?" With NO proof to back her claims? Silly, isn't it?

Again, if you don't believe me, call the sheriff's department, call the courthouse, and yes, the Missouri Highway Patrol. That's my challenge to you. Prove me wrong.

Very simple. You want proof? Where is your proof that backs your claim -- the outlandish claim that started this discussion? The claim that implied wrong doing on behalf of an Officer and Department that had NOTHING to do with this arrest. You have none, yet claim others should? You tact is failing, but very entertaining.

I don't have to prove you wrong, you already did by what you posted. You first said "Call the Sheriff's Department" and now, factoring what myself and others have said, have conveniently incorporated the MSHP into your "challenge". You are so blatantly incorrect that your trying to morph your stance on this discussion.

Your "I'll say whatever, prove me wrong" approach to slandering a law enforcement agency and their affiliated Officers is childish and deplorable.

And lastly, rest assured -- the Trooper mentioned above, nor any Trooper for that matter, will certainly not be reassigned for a supposed misstep on a DUI arrest. I certainly do not need to make any phone call to understand that fact crystal clearly.

Better stick to name calling and blame shifting as this game isn't your forte.

You sir are wrong. Yes I am a police officer. The breathalyzer is to be given 15 minutes after anything is placed in the mouth that would interfer with the test.

Now with that said, 1st the stop is initiated, vehicle license checked while making the stop.

2nd is contact with the suspect/driver and is identified by asking for his/hers drivers license. A check is then done on the drivers license.

3rd is the investigation for DUI which would include FST's ( field sobriety tests). It would be at this time that the person is not allowed to smoke, chew, eat or drink.

4th is the probable cause for arrest, in other words means, " after my investigation I believe you to be intoxicated."

This person is now placed in cuffs. Now the officer can do a PBT ( portable breathalyzer test) on the scene, but does not have to.

Now is the transport to the county detention center. By the time you arrive at the detention center you are well over the 15 minute mark, therefore the test can be given.

Now with all that said, what you need to realize is this, The breathalyzer, both PBT, and while in custody is juat another investigative tool. Technically you can blow the minimum limit of .08 and still be charged with a DUI. All we have to prove is IMPAIRMENT.

I got my info from a good, reliable source. Don't believe me? All you have to do is contact the proper authorities to try and prove me wrong. Curiously, you'd rather sit in your ass and blindly tell me I'm wrong. Yeah, that's how intelligent you are.

Let's break this down into steps as you apparently cannot grasp multi-line statements illustrating the depths of your lie. We won't move on until you can answer / justify item #1.

1. You listed the wrong department (ie. Scott County Sheriff's Office) as the point of contact to verify your story. They are NOT the arresting agency nor is the Officer employed there. If your story is true, why did you do that?

(And don't respond with a counter question. You made the original slanderous claim, you now have the opportunity to endorse it.)
