I wanted to get my 7 year old son enrolled in T-ball this summer but looked into it too late, after registration. He will be out of school for the summer soon, looking for some type of activity to get him enrolled in for at least a portion of his summer break, doesn't necessarily need to be sports related. Any information to point me in the right direction to look into some type of activity for him would be appreciated! Thanks!

For what location are you looking for? If you are in Texas, then you can enroll your son at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, they offered sports and recreation programs for kids.

Ha, if your son is anything like mine, then he will laugh at this suggestion, but try the public library. He is 9 now, but they had some fantastic programs last summer, and for a kid never interested in a library, it was hard for me to tear him away from the place. A friend was telling about how her kids enjoyed the programs, and thought I'd give it a try. Now if I can just get him to read...
