Lee judge rules for homeowners in suit over destroyed citrus trees

The state offered $100 Wal-Mart gift cards to homeowners for the first tree cut, which could be used only at the garden center, and that was followed by $55 checks for additional trees.

This actually makes my point how Hispnics are to politially apathetic to ever have a real gvmt which isn't wall to wall with corruption and terrible police standards.

The Anglos sued the state for their killed citrus tree's and unlawfull entry into their property.

The VAST MAJORITY of Miami Hispanics , Cuban and not just took it and did nothing and don't get me started about the Black community.
