Officers on motorcycles to patrol Va interstates - WTKR

Law enforcement officers on motorcycles will be out on interstates in southeast Virginia this week to crack down on speeding and other violations.

As a motorcycle rider myself, I can tell you these guys have no problems in the rain or the cold.The primary concern is the ignorant and distracted driver. I have been cut off numerous times by female drivers that are talking on cell phones. There are also other drivers that just don't pay attention to traffic around them.

I dorve through this area and after passing about twelve of these motorcycle cops, there were still dopes passing me at 75 plus miles per hour.

I have no pity for the ignorant. Maybe you are one of those??

Let's bring back the State Police "Speed Enforced By Aircraft" program

That way it will take three people to write a ticket instead of one (pilot, spotter, cop on the ground)

Cops don't have to be sneaky to write tickets on the interstate, it's like shooting fish in a barrel

A smack in the face can down an outlaw biker with the quickness. I usually will give a little "fender bump" to place the more agressive riders in their place. The F350 bumper to the grille sends a message. The motorists assistance should bring these outlaws diapers because they fill their pants when they see a thundering deisel like mine that means business.

I think that the staties just get off wearing the shiny leather boots so they are willing to brave the rain and the cold. The bikes use less fuel that a car or a plane, thank you Hamptonian.
