Fatal motorcycle accident

Virginia State Police are currently on the scene of a fatal accident on Linkford Hwy., south of Cape Charles on the Eastern Shore.

This woman took a wonderful mother and wife and friend away forever! What is the excuse? Cell phone ? DUI? How can you not see so many motorcycles?

She must have been on the cell phone, not to see the bikes or hear them...

don't be so quick to judge. a tragic acident and life changing for many people. including the driver of the car. she has to live with this the rest of her life.

yeah the key word is she gets to live, and she will more then likely be judged for it in a court of law. I am sorry for her family but it is what it is

why dont you look at karen's myspace page and her pic's and see what she was like in life . just type in her name and hit on moma .And friend karen was actually run over by a car not just hit. Her son has a rod in his leg and his Mothers funeral is today.Your friend will celebrate mothers day ! Maybe if the roles were reversed you too would be out raged.There was not a couple of motor cycles out there on that sunny day but close to 25 so how do you not here or see them???

i am extremely sorry for the loss of this wonderful woman. everything written about her says it all. that she was truely a person who changed all the lives she touched. it breaks my heart. you do not have to be so nasty with your comment to me. i am just someone who is sickened by this whole tragic event. i ask for comfort for you and the family from a greater source. may God bless all.

Friend ..I was not trying to be nasty this is all very upsetting for all.. the thing is given her driving history would you of put your family in her car? This is a simple discussion not meant to attack Dawn's family or friends

i am not aware of anything in her driving history. as for as i know she has never had a ticket of any kind. so what is it you are talking about.

That is all matter of public records.Maybe you should check it out. We found over or should I say way over a couple of just moving violations, in addition for some other problems she has had in the past which I am not going to put in a comment.Check out criminal historys on line friend. I can only hope this was a mistake if so she would need to contact that site. But it is her that they refer to .Condidering all that she is in real trouble... what more can i add it speaks for its self.

i have gone to the history site. i could not find "our" dawn williams on there. maybe i was not in the right place. I would realy like to view this. i will try again. for i feel this is a mistake. dawn has only lived on the eastern shore.

I went to criminal searches.com Typed in her name and cape charles Va . Hope its wrong , but try it and let me know if you got in

i did as you said. i do see a dawn marie williams, however this is not our dawn. she was born in 76. when i did the advance search with all her info the results came up zero results. i really think you have obtained wrong info. could that be?

That would be wonderful! And a great relief too all!!!!It was hard to understand all those traffic tickets and then this on top of it! you can understand why I was mad to think she could still be driving

yes. absolutely! i would feel the same way. things like that do happen. i have seen many reports on the news and have wondered why those people are still on the road. i just feel so bad for everyone involved. so many lives have been changed forever. in more ways than we can ever imagine. thanks for sending me to the site.

Did anyone see the flowers at the accident site ?They were from Karen's fineral. More will be placed there on Mothers day. So very sad

yes. we have seen the flowers. and the beautiful cross with her name. my thoughts were with karen and her family on Mothers day even though i don't know them. i felt a sadness deep inside. words just can not say enough. a terrible loss.
