English visitor shot and killed in Amarillo

Oh my!! My cousin Ray...... what the crap?! I've all the rest of the story and everything. I'm confused ((because i'm young still)) and to know this happened to my own cousin :( im frikken crying right now!! i want to see my cousin RC ((ray)) and I wish I could :'(
