Less than two weeks after a gay couple was arrested for kissing at the plaza next to the Mormon temple in Salt Lake City , Utah, a mass kissing protest near the Mormon church temple Sunday grew into a shouting match between gay activists and a group of Mormons.

No one said anything about kissing in a Mosque or Mormon Temple, gay or straight people. According to the article, it was NEAR a Temple, not in a Temple. Get over yourself. Queers are funny people. They do not even realize that in days gone by they could have been shot for less. It could be that they were not shot because there are laws against shooting people just for being stupid now. Of course sometimes the law just matters if you get caught, or if the law wants to catch you. It seems to me that they were trying to make a point by exibiting their immorality to the church. It makes no sense to me, unless they were trying to impress the church with their tiny intellect. I think they are as low to the ground as those people who demonstrate and cause disturbances at soldier's funerals. The people who did this have no respect for rights of others. If they go looking for trouble, they are likely to find plenty of it. I think it is commendable of the Morman people for being peaceful and remembering their religious teaching. The queers should the thankful the Mormans are a peaceful and forgiving kind of people.
