Lets pray for.... no, actually the bible says vengeance is mine,so I will leave it to the Lord to prove to you that laughing at a childs death, and wallowing in their deaths will be avenged, by a greater power than all here..... First off Im not "laughing" about it. I just dont care to make these criminals out to be angels like alot of people are trying to.

Lets say for conversational sake that those kids were there to buy some weed or whatever...lets also say that this went down because something was taking place that one party didnt like so all hell broke loose...ok?

So..with that being said...do "little boys" and "angels" go out in the middle of the night armed looking to do bad things?

At what point do people start to place responsibility where it belongs? Had those "little boy angels" been where they were SUPPOSE to and brought up better, that stuff wouldnt have happened so dont knock those that dont feel bad about the results.

Oh really??? Lets see my aunt raised 1 girl, 1 son a set of male twins,they went to church wed night, sunday morn and evening could quote the bible as children. Went away to bible camp, The girl went to college on a gift from their church. There home always had plenty of love and discipline. Nice two story historical home that they kept as clean as a mirror. The daughter makes major bucks in dallas, but she is an alcholic n an adultress, but manages to keep her shi. together.The son alcoholic, meth addicted, he also made big $$ but has fallen due to his addictions, one of the twins is an alcoholic, but has a family, and also makes good $$$. The other twin makes good $$$ but it all goes to the drugs that have raveged his health. So that's a negative. Raised right or not the choice is at their hands. The boy from lockhart that hear say says raped two girl supposedly comes from a well to do family. No one is claiming they were angels, noone. so you can shove the sarcasam uh you can fill in the rest. Armed with a bb gun??? The one with the real gun was outside somewhere. If those were my kids I would of shot all them m.f. And gladly spent my life in prison.

I drove to austin today and what I wrote to you was eating away at me..... so for that I apologize, I know better than to wish harm or death on another no matter what they have done or said .Im done with it, this is a very sad subject and a trajedy to many of us with a heart. Adults know that all drug dealers have weapons most of them illegal. But once again.... these were children, the two residents have been charged finally with possession. Refer to the kyle news paper to see their timid looking faces, the two smith's Finally vindicated from all the years of teasing and bullying, by killing two teens. Wonder why the San Marcos paper did not run this story, are we covering up?? the castle doctrine dose not apply here..... these were drug dealers open for business. but as long as we live in good ole boy tx white trash will be protected. Why has Lulac not been called so they can help this young man being charged with capital murder uhh, he was running......(he did'nt fire his weapon once) it was no longer self defense if the boys were on the ground shot several times,then Mr smith emptied his clip, That is murder! on another note....Did anyone read the story on the white 4 yr old boy walking the streets in the weeee hours, drinking a bud light, wearing a dress and carrying a stolen x-mas gift from his neighbors??? I find this very sad, but the fact is they broke into an occupied home and were shot. It does not matter how old you are to be a killer, only the tables were turned on them. Sad all the same.

The saddest part of all of this..is that those that refuse to put any blame on the "kids" are the exact reasons why these kids are gonna act like they did NOTHING wrong.

Why should LULAC be brought in? If you wanna play the race card, it can easily be flipped around.

3 hispanics go to rob a house lived in by white people...If you wanna play the race card, thats a hate crime.

If you want to turn around and say its not because they didnt rob them because of their race, then dont say they need LULAC because they werent shot because of THEIR race....you cant have it both ways.

So what if the people there were charged with possession? Does that make what the "kids" did less of a crime? Are you saying its ok to be a criminal if youre going rob fellow criminals?

If you paid enough to attn to Tx law, any deaths that result during the commission of a crime gets put on EVERYONE that was involved in attempting said crime. Granted Im not a legal expert and dont have the exact name for that law, I know enough that the living suspect is being charged that way because of that law.

So what if he was outside? He was there as a part of the crime.
