We used this bus company for River Raft Race on 4/30/11. We were given wristbands and told to get on the bus...we never were told a specific time for pick-up or told a time the last bus would be leaving back to San Marcos. We had taken buses before in the past and just assumed this bus company would have several buses running rounds and picking up people as they got off the river. Well...the bus over there was overcrowded, but OK since everyone was in a good mood and ready to get on the river. Once we got off, we took the Rockin R bus back to where the Skyline bus was supposed to pick us up, only to find other people waiting there for a bus. We were told more buses were coming, but after 2 hours of waiting, it was already getting dark...there were more than 50 people still waiting on a bus, and it was apparent none were coming. There were even cops involved trying to get the bus company to send over more buses for us. The cop told us we should seek legal action! Long story short, we ended up taking a $40 cab ride back from New Braunfels to San Marcos...and there were still tons of people waiting on a bus home when we left... I don't know if this is a typical thing they do, but I feel ripped off and want my money back. There were 17 people in our group, and that is $170 that they basically stole from us....

I give Skyline Party Bus Co. 5 Stars ***** I was a person that was riding the buses during the River Raft Race. Originally, we were told to be at the buses prior to 6 pm, as they were only rented from 10-6. However, we were totally wasted and got back to the buses at almost 8 PM. We had an amazing time at the River Raft Race. And, when we called the Owner to pick us up, he informed us that there would be about a 45 minute wait, as we did not adhere to our contract, and the driver had already took the bus back to the lot, gassed it up and cleaned it. Therefore, I think that he did a wonderful job of getting all of us drunks back home safely. Legally, he didn't have to come back to pick us up- we didn't adhere to our contract. I look forward to renting from Skyline Party Bus Co. again. I have been on atleast 2 buses since that incident, and you are wrong... it was GREAT service!!!

So I get this bus for my bday said there is a cd player and ipod hookup well I got a party cd made for bday no cd player...then was told they could make my reservations at a club vip and a bottle get to club No Reservations were made 3Emberassing ...no bottle then said we would get discount drinks with our wristbands another lie ....ruined my bday......

This compay was awful. The driver showed up 40 minutes late, and when I called the owners they had no idea where he was, and instead of apologizing they made excuses for his, this company had the worst customer service. They also told me they would have ice in the coolers for us when we got on the bus, they did not. I have used party buses before and never experienced such an unprofessional company. I would never recommend them to any one and would never use them again.

I rented a bus for my 21st birthday. The company's owner's son Brandon told us we would get a large bottle of absolute vodka at Bat Bar for $75. We agreed to the deal, showed up and received the smallest bottle sold at the bar. After getting back to the bus, half of my group wasn't at the bus yet. I asked the guy to wait and even offered to pay him more money. He was arguing with me and being rude. I tried to open the bus door for him to wait and when I went to grab the door latch he pushed me backwards on the bus. I have bruises on my face from falling. When we called to complain the owner continuously defended her driver. She complained of people being drunk... which the #1 reason people hire them is so they don't have to drive home drunk... I would never recommend using this company. They never once apologized for having their male driver push me as a female. They also claimed they have video, but refuse to share.. if they were innocent why not show the video???

This company is run by an owner who cares more about getting extremely intoxicated downtown and more about his money than the safety of his customers. Will fill the bus over capacity and state laws if it means he has more money.Was once on a bus downtown in which there had to be over 75 people on it and he told us before hand that it could only fill 60 people, we could barely move!!!!! Have bought tickets for the bus many times to go Downtown and rented busses from him but wont anymore. Leaving at 1030 to this company means 11 or 1115 to go Downtown and the owner will get more intoxicated than anyone on the bus and personally left friends of mine when we went on the bus because he was so intoxicated and wanted to go back. Would not recommend this company to anyone, would recommend more high end party bus companies, pay the extra money to guarantee the safety and reliability of a better company.

NEVER book with Skyline Busses. We waited an hour and a half for my bus to even show up, and then the bus they bring was already full...? The guy said he couldn't fit my group on and he was "sorry" and they didn't have any more buses to come get us. Worst business I've ever dealt with. I even paid the $160 deposit to ensure a bus. BS!!
They promised to return my money if full, but EVERY TIME I try to stop by their office, the guy tells me he's out or is closed. They keep making up EXCUSES trying to dodge giving my money back.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!

NEVER use this company. Sold more wristbands than spots available on bus and screwed over 30 people over. Then let their "friends" on who didn't even have wristbands. Worst company I've ever come in contact with. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else!

I love skyline. I think it's great and never had a problem with them. It's also an amazing deal. They only charge you 10 dollars to take a party from San Marcos to Austin and back. They always have bottle service at suite which is a plus an a great fun atmosphere on the bus with people an music. Also if you were to drive on your own to Austin from San Marcos an back just in gas it would be more than 10 dollars and then you would have to pay for parking when you got there and then you would have to worry about having a designated driver. The busses are just so much easier an cheap and fun idk why anyone wouldn't want to use them.

Use skyline to go to 6th street all the time. Always there on time and always go to suite 101. We always get a bottle of grey goose and never had a problem. Almost all the drivers are nice and ive never had a problem with them either. Would definitely use again because they are cheaper than lonestar and have better buses.
