Let's see, that's an actual gain for Miller of 96 votes, all from "copied" paper ballots? So where are these "copied paper ballots?" And what does that mean anyway? From what were they copied? Let's see: they could have been copies of an UNMARKED ballot that were then filled in by the voters. That would make them sort of 1/2 copied ballots because the part the voter checked wouldn't be "copied." So then, was the vote legitimate, or did the vote counters have a pile of UNMARKED COPIED ballots that they could mark and substitute as needed?
