Forest Oil Ranch at Horseshoe Falls???

Anyone remember the old ranch house with the long screened in sleeping porch on top of the bluff at Horseshoe Falls? We used to go there as kids back in the late 60's early 70's and fish off the big rocks overhanging the river just below the falls. At that time the property was owned by Forest Oil out of SA. Just wondering if it's still there as I couldn't find it on recent search on google maps. Had heard the river flooded bad back a few years ago but this old house was pretty high up on the bluff overlooking the falls. Maybe the property was sold and developed long before the flood? Thanks for any information.
