Guadalupe River water not headed to San Antonio, GBRA official said

Canyon Lake is 30 minutes from San Antonio....what is your point? When the lake is too full the water is released from the dam into the Guadalupe....I love watching when they do it, it's amazing.

Canyon Lake is way below normal. Nearly 9 feet lower. The release from the late has been reduced, but the water pumped from the lake does go to San Antonio.
